"Execution" is what I'm asking you! Go out there and rock it, my friend. Let's go! Also, I guess there's some issue with the audio. I personally didn't like this setup as well. Just trying to change and learn things. I will improve it next time. Love you!
Video Summarised (All 6 point) :- 1) Study Plan :- 1.1 - Short Time Goals but detailed strategies 1.2 - For eg. Daily/Weekly Topicwise focused 2) Focus Sprints :- 2.1 - Choose a task 2.2 - Don’t leave the position/task in between until finished no matter what 2.3 - Keep short timed sprints (eg 60-90mins) but many sprints until sufficient tasks for the day are achieved 3) The White Noise :- Can’t explain better than Tharun (refer 5:18 - 7:00) 4) Distractions :- 4.1 - External - 4.1.a - Get yourself a study zone and remove external distractions from the zone 4.1.b - Eg - (A) Mobile - Switch Off and keep in other room / away from reach (B) Family - Tell not to disturb atleast 1-2 hrs and go to silent space 4.2 - Internal - After getting distracted come to sense as soon as possible and the focus span will increase overtime with practice (kinda like meditation) 5) Proper Study Space with no distractions (covered earlier in external distractions point) 6) The Most Important (What I understood) :- Don’t just focus on increased time (16hr+) rather focus on completing a task which is undertaken and not to abandon it until finished. If increased time is required increase it slowly and gradually with practice. Phewww! Wrote everything in this comment which I noted down and understood for the lazy one’s who don’t like picking pen&paper. P.S. - Sure enough they will not struggle to read this much 😂😂
I am currently in class 12 but I was really depressed these days because I was not able to study at all. I just couldn't study, but thanks for this video, this reminded me what my goal is and what I want to do in life❤
I'm kinda relieved that i aint the only one going thru this. For the past few weeks, actually months i am very distracted and i lost all the momentum in studying. just starting to gain it again :)
Started : 7.33 pm Done : 7.48 pm I had some lectures I needed to compete as those are my main priorities right now so made a plan for the next 5 days to complete them I had recently made a plan of completing it all in one day but I sometimes overestimate myself or I think we all do. It's better to set realistic long term plans or goals than short term overwhelming plans which exhaust you just by thinking of doing the task and you end up avoiding it. A lesson to be learned and remembered. 😊
Moral of this video Just upgrad yourself Become better version yourself Improve yourself day by day ......♥️‼️ And also your White Noise Tip i will implement while studying ✨ Thnks for this video 💫 Please make more videos like this osm tips 🤩 . . . Love you Tharun bhaiya ❣️😻
Thanks a lot man even I am a jee aspirant for 2024 and even I am getting constantly distracted, You showed me the way to achieve success ! ( also can you please heart my comment, it would mean a lot)
Started :6:31pm Done:6:37pm Have made realistic and equally distributed goals for the week. Planning to avoid distractions and focus. Thank for the video highly appreciate your precise and effective points!
"Focus Sprint" is also know as "Hour of Power". Just assign a very hard time task for 1-1.5h duration and try to complete it, you would have given your 2x during that time.
Hey Tharun I have a doubt in 5:21 the White Noise Suppose we do really well in keeping headphones stuck in ear and studying with the most efficient way. But in real exam time there will be many distracting sound. Will it decrease the efficiency at that moment? And if it does then it will just not matter how well we prepared . Thank you😊😊 Love your videos❤❤❤❤
As an average student,a always getting marks in 70s. Studying in class 10! I'm gonna push myself for next 2 months to achieve my goal of 95%+ ... I just kept falling down and started getting marks in 60s so now A ACADEMIC COMBACK IS A MUST I'LL SHOW MYSELF AND EVERYONE THAT, I AM SOMETHING. *Erm* anyways tum bhi ja ke padh lo and ek reply dal do to remind me to study*. Anyways bye. (Don't read the niche wali shit) -i dont have enough time - I'll not wastr a single day -on lazy and sad and days I'll have to study atleast 6-7 hours - no friends no social media no family just me and my studies (andmusiclol) - take this as a last chance to prove yourself, THIS TWO MONTHS, I WON'T WASTE THEM I COMMIT TO MYSELF - I'm gonna stay board oriented for next 2 months - if not for myself and then for my family - winter is the time to study and rise when everyone else is lazing around - I'm ready go dedicate 12-16 hours of my life daily for the sake of boards!! - I'll not dissappoint my future self. I'LL SHOW EVERYONE WHO I AM AND I CAN DO IT I'LL NOT MAKE ANY EXCUSE I'LL JUST DO IT IT'S JUST STUDY MAN I'LL GET MY ASS WORKING AND GET MY DESIRED RESULTS, I'LL NOT LET THE TIME JUST FLY I'LL DO SOMETHING. kuch jyada hi gaya lagta hai kuch nhi ho paye ga-(less is more)
Will follow this for the next 1 month. Thanks🌻❤ And that hairfall problem is real😂even during my jee prep ( which is still left for 1 month hopefully 🤞) I had immense hairfall too. I just want to say all the fellow aspirants that if you guys too are going through health problems like this , relax , it happens with everyone🌸🌻 that doesn't mean you should not do something about it , just start eating healthy and do some physical exercise ,if it's even for 10min. Just don't stress about it ❤ everything gets sorted out.
STARTED AT 11:01 pm IT ENDED AT 12:16 am Yes!! I've completed making study plan but not for 7 days but for 13 days...hope it helps me...Thanks a lot Bro
Hey Tharun, I'm currently on my 12th just having fun and frustration during my way to JEE. Seriously I've seen N number of videos, but this one seriously man you killed it, and my blood is just rushing to complete my schedule for this week, thank you!
You're an inspiration for us students who are studying in school or college or aspirants preparing for JEE etc. and the same time trying to do something big in life! But bro the problem arises in managing our time while shooting and editing videos take quite a lot of effort and time and also we cannot neglect our studies... how do we manage our time and cope up with our studies while doing some side hustle! Please make a dedicated video on that if possible... BTW! Love your videos and editing style! Keep going Bro...❣️🔥🔥🙌
Hey tharun bhaiya! I am currently in 9th grade and your videos really help and motivate me a lot since I dream of becoming an astrophysicist. Thank you very much!! 😄
Done tarun . My exams are on but i don't care i will manage them . Only hustlers achieve the ultimate percentile not averages. Just want u to make such motivation videos more and more but not more than 1 in 10-12 days it causes distraction.
Thank You So Much Bhaiya for this video.. actually I was feeling depressed after I got the result of my class 10th its only 81% .. I did not get what i had expected..😢.. No one is supporting me .. even my parents are telling that his daughter or son got 95, 97 etc...etc... And Now I am thinking to change myself totally . After CBSE announced the result it has made me very concerned about my future.. So I have decided to start my journey from a noob to pro..👍.. You would think that he is just typing this long comment to get attention of the crowd ,.. but no its not like that.. I don't have anyone to share my feeling at this time ... Literally no one (friends toh baat hee nhi kar rhe board exams ke baad because they all are in Kota )... that's why I am sharing it with you.. I hope I am going to do well in future... Thank You..❤
U r such a brilliance mann❤!! We all just love youu so much🔥💫 Like seriouslyy.... Everywhere , Everytime i searched for these things... Only 1 result, was just looking like copying from each others'' "Put your phone into cupboard" "Look at your parents hardwork" "Just do it believe blah blahhh..." But youuuuhh got some chills mannn! Dammn❤ You can feel it only when you have gone through it yourself ~ you proved itt! SUCH A GENIUS MANN THANKS A TONN!!

I literally started crying when you were talking about forgiving ourself comparing to all the parts of video this part of the video made my true potential come out and I know I’m a year late but my board exams are in 1 month so I promise you I’m gonna score 95%+ and THANKS THARUN.

1)Plan what to study 2) when to study ( focus time ) { HOP Strategy Aman dhattralwal } 3)White noise { Nishant Jindal } 4) avoid distraction ( external & internal ) 5) 6) make quality time
I'm a 10th class student and for exams there is only one week, I've made my time table for studying, I hope this video can improve my study duration. Thanks a lot brother for this vid, I'm just waiting for my results and I'll surely get back with good results ☺️💖
When I was studying 10th last year, I thought that sylabus was pretty hard bro, but 11th is wayyy harder than u can ever imagine rn......JUST FOCUS AND DON'T PROCASTINATE ( LAST 3 MONTHS ENOUGH FOR 95%+ JUST PREPARE FOR SOME CHALLENGING EXAMS LIKE IMO OR SM )
You are one of the BEST RU-vidRS in the World Tharun. I just cant tell you how much you have helped me in past few months!!! You are a ducking LEGEND!!!
Hey Tharun, A CA student here, thanks for waking me up. I have my inter exams in November, nearly 3 months left. For a few days I was feeling low but now I'm charged again with this vid. Thanks a lot.
I'll be giving my boards this year, i.e 2023, and was kinda depressed about how I'm gonna make it up for the whole syllabus, but bhaiya came as a life saver, thank you so much bhaiya for the video, it'll help me a lot, lots of love from West Bengal ❤️❤️❤️
THRUN I have been watching you since long and I love your videos and with the help of your videos I got 98 % in my recent 10 th board exam thank you . I am from assam and love from assam.
I am leaving this comment out here publicly as it will be the major motivation for me. I am starting this right from today. How to study for 11 hours a day? My target is 11 hours a day to learn well. Allotted schedule for overall day: 11hrs STUDY 7hrs SLEEP most imp for brain to push info to long term memory spot of the brain. 15 mins BATH & DRESSUP 45 mins EAT 15 mins for breakfast, 15 mins for lunch & 15 mins for dinner. 30 mins MEDITATION DHYANA MUDRA (The best mudra for increasing memory power to the greatest extent). Till now 19.5 hours are over and the remaining is 4.5 hours which should be used for RECOLLECTION of information learnt. SCIENTIFIC STUDY TECHNIQUES TO BE FOLLOWED AS PER MY SCHEDULE 1. Timetable & resources are ready as well as information is organized well. 2. Focus sprints 10am to 1 pm -> 1st sprint for 3 hours 2:30pm to 4:30pm -> 2nd sprint for 2 hours 5pm to 8pm -> 3rd sprint for 3 hours 9pm to 1am -> 4th sprint for 4 hours 3. Distractions - I have external distractions alone. I have decided to ignore them fully. 4. Study space - My laptop, study table and study room are highly enough for me. 5. I have decided to forgive myself if I am not able to follow it fully as I am a Beginner but I will try beyond my level best to follow the schedule I have created for myself. 6. White Noise - I can't focus if I hear even a pin dropping sound but at the same time I am also not able to focus while white noise is going on in my head. So, I won't be following this study technique alone. Review: I am totally in love with FOCUS SPRINTS. Thank you Tharun brother for prescribing all these study techniques for the students. This will be much helpful for students who are preparing for competitive exams all around the world.
• A Perfect Study Plan :- Take 5-10 minutes off from your day and prepare a schedule. It does not need to be perfect but make it so with the passage of time. • Focus Sprint :- You solely concentatrate on a particular task for a specific period of time. This should be the equivalent of your total study time. • White Noise :- Search it up on any platform and play it in the background. Helps with low attention span. • Getting Distracted :- Two kinds : external distraction(easy to control), internal distraction(hard to control). It's okay to get distracted. Don't overthink, just get back. My tip ~ keep a piece of paper with you, and jott down whatever thought comes into your mind(life-saver). • Study Place :- Switch studying place from time to time. • Ability to forgive yourself :- You're a beginner and must learn how to endure mistakes. It's just trial and error. P.S. started....done.
Thanks for the motivation tharun! I am a student studying in 11th rn and I was planning on studying for a longer time this video gave me really good guidance! I am gonna start 6 hrs a day (outside coaching) for now and then increase it slowly! Thus I have started! 🔥
Started and completed the weekly plans, hope i execute them accordingly, currently in 12 rt now, and was quite feeling low these days, this video has made some excitement in me to study lets see what happens, will come back and let you know the updates, Thanks Bhaiya
Hey! THARUN very nice video but I have one doubt that when we are solving and stuck on a series of question during focus sprint the pace gets reduced and the goal is not achieved for example if I put alarm of 1 hour and in one hour I have to do 30 questions but if I stuck on any one question the pace breaks and I end up only doing 10 questions in that time so how to avoid this type of situation?🙏
1. Make a perfect plan Make plan for a week 2. Focus sprint Only get out of table once your work is done 3. White noise 4. Distractions Come back to studying quickly ! 5. Study space 6. MOST IMP - FOCUS TO IMPROVE UR QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF STUDYING 7. DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF WAKE UP AND SIT FOR 15 MINS GO!
thanks for tips, i'll be needing them in my collage years, well watching you gave me so much motivation, that i got into IIT Madras, while still i'm completing my class12th ! Btw, i am including you in one of my videos, will that be okay ??
( just sharing my notes ) -make a specific plan -focus sprint: don't get up until you're done (monk mode) -white noise: helps you be attentive towards the task -Avoid things that let you get distracted -reduce friction -shift study space (if needed, and don't clutter it) -Improve the quality of your study then the quantity -Forgive yourself, then learn from the failure.
JUST A PERFECT VIDEO FOR ME!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS GAME-CHANGING VIDEO... MADE THE ONE-WEEK SCHEDULE WITHIN HALF AN HOUR BUT INDEED IT'S JUST PERFECT!!! GOD BLESS🖤🖤🖤

Main ingredient is dedication and persistence , without that you can't study for long hours with consistency . Mastery requires patience . You need to be patience till you achieve your goal .
