I have two days before my first exam and although I’ve been putting lots of effort for the past month i still feel like have a lot to still get through, I’m very worried but this video gave me very useful tips on how to get that one final push, I’m exhausted but i will try my best to get everything I have left done. New subscriber here, Your tips are really valuable and this is coming from someone who has watched lots of videos on those topics, also what you have done is incredible, asides from your high grades at med school you also have a great physic, you have mastered the piano, you can speak Japanese, and you type insanely fast, oh and of course you also have your RU-vid channel. Thanks for this new video, bro! We have an upcoming midterms exams--in physics specifically--and this helped a lot! Especially at that part where you suggest us to adapt a test room environment for mental preparation. But I have a question, how many hours should I study for a topic?

I'm glad to hear it's useful, bro! I guess it depends on just how big that topic is, but if you want to quickly refresh yourself on a topic I'd limit it to 1-2 hours, and that's part of where videos for summaries etc might prove to be useful! But again definitely depends on the topic. For me like literally a day before the exam, from what I remember I don't stick to one topic for more than 1-2 hours. So before/after i do past papers I'd go through things briefly for a quick refresher

Hi, I’m an engineering student and I’m struggling with improving my grades. I just finished my midterms. Although it turned out okay. I was expecting something better and I’m not satisfied with these results. Now I’m four weeks away from my finals exam week. There are exams everyday in that week. Could you give some advice about how I should plan my studying schedule and what methods should I apply? I do have a lot of classes that require calculation instead of just memorizing content. @@Salim_Ahmed I usually get highly unwanted and distressing thoughts that would pop in my head out of nowhere and they would make me go insane so when I try reading or understanding something nothing would actually get into my brain because my brain is already preoccupied with such thoughts. I often question whether these thoughts truly reflect my own beliefs or if they're influenced by my OCD.

Ahh interesting, sounds quite problematic, hope you're able to slowly improve with regards to it. The study with ADHD is something I've actually had on my video list for a while but it must've gotten buried, so will bring that up higher!

Nope, just good sleep, a clean diet, and plenty of water! I do have tea here and there, but i dont think there's much caffeine in the tea i have ahaha

I get migraines so this is very important for me ahaha - Usually every 20-30mins i just look outside my window / into the distance for just 20 or so seconds! That's basically it (along with having the night/blue light filter always on for my screens)

में भारत से हूं और ssc की तैयारी कर रहा हु ,में 1 से 2 घंटे तक बहुत ही अच्छे फोकस से पढ़ता हूं। पर उसके बाद मेरा फोकस खराब हो जाता है और में रील्स या टाइमपास वीडियो देखने लग जाता हू । मेने आपकी कुछ वीडियो देखी है जिनसे में मोटिवेट हुआ और कुछ समय तक पढ़ाई अच्छे से हुई ,पर अब फिर में पढ़ाई में फोकस नही कर पा रहा हु । कृपया मेरी सहायता करे ।
