Yup! Edinburgh is definitely gorgeous! There is a lot of field in the tech world. You might want to do a lot of research on the internet and youtube =)
Hi there, this video is so helpful and detailed! Really informative and easier to understand quickly. Just a quick for confirmation, you did applied on UCaS before taking the final exam right? because people rarely highlight about it. Also, for the scholarship, does it require the conditional letter from the university first or not? thank you in advance 😅
Yes! I did applied on UCAS before taking my final exam. Depends on the scholarship. Some requires it, some are not. You need to do more research on that part. Hope that helps!
This is such a very nice content. Keep it up and may you excel in your studies. Btw, how did you manage to secure an accommodation in Edinburgh??? I will be studying at the university for my masters degree program and I'm still looking for the accommodation. If possible, could you drop the link that commonly used by Malaysian student to find the affordable accommodations. Thank you.
Hi , im currently taking a levels and i want to ask . When you apply in UCAS , do they see the AS results only or they also see the test grades too ? Thanks in advance
If you are planning to use SPM, you can but then you had to take foundation there, which is a one year programmer before degree. But if you already have a pre degree cert, such as IB or A-levels, then you can go pursue your degree. Hope that answers your question =)
@@imstay9949 i dont know if you noticed in my video, I did mentioned that some universities accept STPM. You need to do more research if your desired uni accepts it or not. Hope that helps =)
Hi there. In love with the accent!! I have a few questions for you, how much it’ll cost approximately to pay for ielts fees, visa etc? (Everything) And I’m a little curious but do you pay everything by your own or with the parents support?
@@prischlea if necessities in the uk, that would be around £800++/month in Edinburgh where I am currently staying Visa: £1000++ (including insurance) Ielts: £140++ (not entirely sure)
Your vid is rly informative! I have a ques abt visa. When you apply for stu visa, did you have to show financial evidence as Malaysian is one of the low risks nationals?
are pre degree inlcuding diploma and stpm? or only a level and ib? a bit confuse there. btw, i am taking diploma in accounting in UTM, is it still possible to study abroad? 😭
Pre degree is anything before taking a degree, i.e. including diploma, stpm or foundation. I dont want to give you hope saying it is possible, you should consult someone professional. There is a link in my pinned comment, they could help. Hope that answers your question =)
hi. i just wanna ask about internship. currently im studying mechatronic in germany. is it possible to have internship in uk for software engineering or full stack even though im not a CS student?
Very informative Vid! Another thing I would like to clarify, what about Diploma or Stpm students who wants to continue their studies abroad ! How do we apply , and we need more certificates locally to support ?
I really can’t say how stressful it is comapring to other pre-degree since I never had any experience with the other ones like foundation or diploma. The main difference with most pre-degree with a-levels is that a-levels is fully exam based, so you dont need to worry about assignments or coursework. Hope that might give you some idea =)
@@sharippu when taking a levels how’s your social life like? for example do you study for almost the whole day where you don’t have time for other things like hanging out with friends, entertainment/leisure time etc?
@@ort9142 I have my time for myself. Woke up in the morning, study, lunch, play some sports, study, sleep. Hang out with friends sometimes. I pretty much had a normal a levels student’s life. Don’t force too much on yourself to study. Study smart, not hard.
Hi I have a question let’s say I take A level using my own money can I still get scholarships after finish A level to continue study or its only for spm student
Hi so i am in this case where i have an offer for the exchange student but i am in my second year of degree. May i know if UoE can transfer credit or not ? And is there’s any other requirements from previous grades ?
Thanks brother , I find this video is beneficial to me ! I just wanna clarity another thing , approximately how much will be course of fee will would be to continue degree in Abroad ! Especially for Computer Science studies
Yes. Every university in the UK are applied to UCAS, although some unis have some ‘extra’ steps that you need to do. You should always do your own research on your desired uni. Hope that helps =)
Hi bro so when exactly did you submitted your application to UCAS should it be after you've taken your a levels or.... before or.... while waiting for your results ?
Here a summary on how to apply for a scholarship: 1. Find a body or organisation that offers scholarship (you can always google it) 2. Check if you are eligible to apply for one (each scholarship provider have different criteria that needs to be fulfill) 3. Check the requirements 4. Submit the necessary documents 5. Go for interview or test (if applicable) 6. Wait for the result Hope that helps =)
Apologies, regarding scholarship part, i wasn't clear about the keyword to google for the scholarships... may you please enlighten me on this part? Thank you!
@@sharippu aha lol, i even joined the telegram's group. Most of the scholarships offered are irrelevant for my qualification (diploma uitm) as many offered for other pre uni programs...
Hi. Did you secure a scholarship for A-level and degree both? if so for the degree, how much the scholarship cover it for you? etc, accommodation and tuition. Thank you in advance bro!
Hi. I secure a scholarship for both A levels and degree. My scholarship covers the tuition and they gave me allowance for me to pay my necessities (accomodation, essentials, etc). Hope that answers your question =)
Saya pun tak tahu senang ke tidak. If you want to pursue medicine, you should take chemistry and biology. But dont take my word for it, do your own research. Lagi pun saya ambil sains komputer bukan medicine. Hope that helps =)
Thank you for your compliments! I think my English is okay, not that good. But if I were to give you a tip, that would just keep on talking in English, and you’ll get better 😎
Its is just the same way for me to further my study in master ? . Currently , im doing my degree in information management system. Of course in Malaysia .
Yup you can also apply through ucas to study as postgraduate student (master or phd). Or you can also apply directly through a university's website. This link should help you on what you can do: www.ucas.com/postgraduate But still, I am not really sure about the process. You need to do more further research about this. Maybe in the future, ill do a video for postgrads. Hope this helps!
Hi brother I have a question If I want to study in London what subject I need to pass on my spm results can you tell me please that my dream to study in London now I’m form 4 so please answer my question 🙂🙏
It is not SPM you should worry about, applying oversea is based on pre-degree results. Another problem is taking pre-degree to study oversea can be very expensive such as IB or A level. SPM is used mainly to ask for scholarship and apply to institutions that offer these kind of pre-degree. For the subjects you need to pass, you dont really need to pass anything to take the pre degree mentioned, BUT, having excellent spm results is a good indication that you are able to take the pre degree. If you still didn’t find your answer, feel free to ask me more details on curiouscat =)
@@BalaBala-bn1ey i am not really sure, but I believe you can. Usually money is the issue here since it cost a lot. And you need to do a lot of research on how do diploma there. I can only help with how to do undergrad in the UK
Hello brother. I am confused that, can I apply for the scholarship after SPM result to pursue my studies in UK for undegraduate or I hare to get done my A level first.
For applying scholarship, there are some that you have to apply it after SPM result OR some you can apply it after your pre degree. ALWAYS do your research on the scholarship that you want to apply to. Hope that asnwers your question =)
Yes there are still scholarships available after a pre degree =). But you should check when to apply because some during your pre degree and some after you get your pre degree results
Waalaikumsalam. IELTS is a way for people to prove that they can read, write, listen, and talk in english. The evaulate each component with a certain score. Hope that enlighten you for a bit =)
The university fee for studying undergrad in the uk can be up to RM50k per year, if you take a 3 year degree, it can be up to RM150k in total. This still not include accommodation, spendings and other fees. Total can be more than RM600k. Hope that give you a good picture =)
I don't know to be honest. There is a lot of factor that you need to consider if you want to study foundation overseas. Maybe you can specify your question or do more research. Factor you might want to consider is money, culture, mental health, able to cope, level of education and many more. Hope that helps =)
