This video was golden. I remember watching Death note in 2016 for the first time. I was so intrigued by Light's disciplined student lifestyle, that I would pretend to be HIM and study with a god complex. But of course it didn't last very long haha. Believe me I have re-watched Death note like 4-5 times and Light never fails to inspire me to become a disciplined student again. But it doesn't last, again. But watching this video helped me gain a different perspective and it highlights the ways of incorporating Light's schedule in a realistic way. Loved it, will try from today itself. I hope this will last me a bit longer than the previous times🙏🏻

I felt that bc all I do is spend my time on the internet, often I want to quit delete every social media and tell my friends to finally shut up abt me being inactive bc I have my own REAL life I don't need to be online all the time it would be better if we could meet up but we can't, it's rlly sad that i don't need their attention as much as they need mine, i guess i will go more inactive, going to check social media less than i do usual, i have some ppl that i rlly like to follow and see what they create but with those ppl whose content I'm interested in aren't the only ones there are some that I don't want to see but that's not possible and I'm not going to block them so I guess instead of watching those like i always do for some reason I will skip it and watch only the ones who i follow or interested me? The only thing that bothered me in this video was linking weakness with people speaking on toxic masculinity if you actually looked up what people were referring to when speaking about Toxic masculinity it wouldn't been viewed in any way shape or form as something positive. Traditionally masculine men had plenty of issues that horribly affected Women and also negatively affected themselves Taking a look at these beliefs and changing them in a way to benefit both parties is not weakness. And before someone says it no a woman playing a submissive role in a relationship and a man playing a dominant role is not immediately toxic masculinity. That moment in the video talking about weakness was a very misogynist sounding moment in an otherwise great video.

Something I'll add to the last step about revisiting the study material or topic. Practice applying knowledge. Don't just reread but do questions or tests. It takes more effort but trust me it's more efficient because you practice actually using the knowledge so when it comes down to actually having to employ it in your real life, you can do so with relative ease.

Much appreciated. I was doing all these things before I came across this video. Used to lift weights 6 days a week, gave it up. Given my soul to prepare for the GMAT. I've got more points to add. Diet plays a huge role simultaneously with sleep. Cut carbs, notice how, if you try to study after eating rice or heavy carbs, you are infinitely more distracted and feel sleepy, feel like taking a nap, cut it out, you're laser focused. Get more fats, fats are needed for brain function. Eat more proteins, keeps you more satiated throughout the day so less distraction. Don't let coffee mess your sleep, it is a drug at the end of the day so best to avoid it, but if you can't, don't ingest 8-10 Horus before bedtime, it fucks with your adenosine system and disrupts sleep, sleep is very important, neuroplasticity takes place when you sleep, it's how your brain changes and creates new neural pathways in accordance to what you learn throughout your day, and coffee fucks your sleep, taking away deep sleep needed for neuroplasticity. Stay hydrated. Delete social media accounts. Good luck
