It is so awsome how hearing you inspiring ladies speak helps us. God is showing us that we are not the only one and they have thoughts like you do. Thank you for being open and letting God bring comfort, hope and TRUTH to us! The scripture that means the most to me right now is: God works ALL thing for good for those who love HIM. I'll leave you a JJM with this: 1 Peter 4:11 "If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen." Jai! I can't explain to you more how well I relate to you, but without a child so mine was a bit easier. During our divorce waiting period, my ex and his girlfriend got pregnant with twins, something I wasn't at the time able to do. The day my divorce was final (October 28th), my mother passed away. Two months later (in December), My ex and his girlfriend got married. In the Spring I was told I'd never have babies. In the summer, at 36 years old, I started dating a man, decided i didn't like him, but in my pain, got extremely drunk, had sex with him and then broke things off. And in the fall I found out I was pregnant. GOD GAVE ME MY DAUGHTER in March 2020 and let me tell you, I've never run towards Jesus more since she was born. I was a "christian" before, now I'm a child of God and a follower of Jesus. God WILL work this for good. I promise you. You're a beautiful child of God!

Thank you for sharing about what you are going through as far as divorce. ( 2 months ?!) I was married for twenty years and was divorced a few years ago. I understand numb. Despite the overwhelming help from family and friends, I have never felt so defeated and alone. I am so glad that I came across this podcast. I have been listen to Life in the Word, Enjoying Everyday life since I came to the Lord in my late twenties. Each of you have been a blessing to me.

oh, this is good you guys are sooo amazing and I thank GOD for YOU all love Joyce so MUCH. You know when I feel numb and don't really feel like pushing forward with the word of GOD or much anything, God has thought me to put the word of GOD on RU-vid or whatever other means of devices to say it for me until I can get myself together enough to say it myself. Shortly after I feel the holly spirit rise up in me and out of my belly begins to flow the word whether that be praise and worship/ prayer/ scripture confession/ or encouraging someone else.

Ginger, i would like to incourage you in the fact that you like to study at night. Scripture says the day begins in the evening, "it was evening and the morning were the first day " , second day, third day and so on so if the dau begins in the evenong you are still meeting in the cool of the day as you would be in the mornging just a thought.
