I'm afraid you have it slightly wrong, you say Jesus answers the question that the person must keep the commandments then later post cross Paul states it is by faith. In fact in the new covenant good works as the fruit of the Spirit follows from true faith. As James states James 2:14-26.

Why does it seem the a large portion of educated and intelligent people deny the existence of any god, while a large portion that are ignorant and uneducated believe? If you don't believe me there have been many polls and studies published in the past 80 years showing this. Check some out. In fact, the was a huge meta study a few years ago that took all 80 years worth of studies into account.

his third question should not be stated as 'should we preach as though we are still under the old covenant.' this is incorrect and some preachers say this. we were never under the old covenant. Israel was and not the gentile.

Why didn’t you read he read the entire chapter? This man is a deceiver. He knows you won’t go back and read the whole chapter. He knows you won’t study for yourself. He cherry picks scriptures to prove his point. He loves to give that feel good doctrine. People study for yourself. Read the entire bible. Ask for the Most Highs understanding. Do not trust in man when it comes to your salvation. This man is leading to the path of unrighteousness. The time grows nearer to the return of his Son. When he returns he’s coming to enact judgment. Don’t let this false teacher lead you to destruction.

What happened to Isaiah 28:9-10. Precept upon precept, line upon line, here a little and there a little. Creflo Dollar is a false prophet that is going straight to the pit just like everybody who follows his blasphemous teachings.
