how the heck do you remove the balloon without the air coming out? every time I do it my ballon shrinks back up

Hello there! If you're having trouble removing a balloon from a machine and losing air, we're here to help! Here are a couple of things to check. 1.)If the balloon is still inflated inside the machine, make sure to tie it off before removing it. This way, you won't lose any air as you take the balloon out. 2.)If the balloon is deflating inside the machine, it's possible that there's an issue with the pressure. Please take a moment to check the silicone valves on the top of your machine to ensure they're not letting air in while the balloon is inflating. As soon as I remove the balloon from the neck it immediately deflates. I'm not even able to tie the neck off. I just got my machine. Is it defected?
