I'm definitely a petite plus. I wear red alot. It took a long time to learn how to dress my body and be at peace with my size. I have red pumps, loafers and booties, scarves, and purses. I now have red pants, dress and a pencil skirt. I dont hide my size, i accentuate my best parts, and love the compliments i get when i wear red. Love that brown skirt on you.
If you could do a video or videos on blazers and how to choose them for quality, what is flattering for your body type, and how to get a deal on something quality, I’d really appreciate. Stuff like what brands, and what looks timeless even if it’s an older thriftier piece. Also seasonal differences. Wool I get is clearly for winter but outside that I don’t know fabrics. I found some j crew blazers on e bay for between 30 and 60 dollars. I’m not on board with hundreds of dollars for a blazer so new stuff that looks nice and not cheap for a great price or preowned in good condition are best for me. Thank you.
Oh dear, you have great style! I have zero red. I just cannot live up to the color red. I can wear rust & earth tones though. I do like how you mix pieces. You wear it well.
I know is a segment about red. But today I decided to stroll over to the clothing section in Walmart and picked up a black faux leather shacket. I figured a red turtleneck or shell underneath. Time and Tru Women's Faux Leather Button Down Shacket, Sizes XS-3XL. It was made so well. The finish on the inside was like any you would find on a higher priced garment. Best of all it was 27.98 but I got it for $20 on sale. It had pockets too. Great find for fall.
I greatly enjoy your videos and your styling tips are fabulous! I’m a small petite but it doesn’t matter….there are so many suggestions and perspectives that are so universally applicable…thank you!
I love red lipsticks 💄. I have some red blouses and a red ombre coat with black. I miss my tomato red pumps, they were versatile with black outfits, blue denim jeans and white, etc. Love your channel❤❤❤❤❣
I can't wear black near my face. Red is one of my colours being a "summer". I have plenty of red in my wardrobe being a red hatter. We're in spring in Australia now so I guess we'll be seeing more red in March, Love your videos. ❤
I have a beautiful Aran knit sweater in a bright red, which I love to wear, also another light weight knit top I had forgotten about till I watched this video.I also enjoy red lipsticks, but I haven’t ever worn red nail polish,my nails are soft, and I have trouble growing them,so for me red nails is to much of a standout color.
Hi Oralia I purchased the V belt from Amazon I love it except it’s too wide to fit in any belt loop on any of my dress pants or jeans.. how are you able to use it? I wear belts to hold my pants up not just for looks.
@@Oralia_Martinez I work 7 days a week doing various delivery gigs and I only wear jeans.. it won’t fit through any loop.. I wished it would because the belt is gorgeous.
I have always loved red and receive compliments when I wear it. I just purchased a beautiful RL jacket in tones of red & black. I can not wait to wear it on an upcoming trip. I also just received a beautiful shade of red lipstick for my birthday. I will try it soon especially during the holidays. 😎❤️🐈⬛ Kathy
It’s great to see the outfits you were able to style from your actual wearing clothing. This is the way most of us get dressed each day. My lifestyle is very casual, so I only need a few pieces to update myself for going out. I will also add a few casual pieces each seasoning in the trending styles and colors.
GREAT video! I love red! And the pieces you’ve shown are beautiful and definitely fall within your desired Classic, Elegant, and Sophisticated style! BTW - those are also my desired style words, but I haven’t managed to get there yet! Ha! Thanks again for another great video!
Fantastic video! I love red and have lots of tops in the color. Only one bottom though, burgundy jeans. You've inspired me to pull them out and come up with some ideas from my closet. Thanks Oralia!
I absolutely LOVE red, and after a few years of not wearing it as I went through a sad neutral phase, I have been trolling the stores for it. The best place to get nice red items for a petite plus? Macys. Macys hands down. I am solidly in a size 16 and I’m 5’3”. I got a gorgeous slightly cropped, mock neck, bell sleeved red sweater to die for and a lovely red pea coat. I also got a poppy red/orange cashmere turtleneck. I literally got chills when I pulled it out of the box. Yeah, I think fashion content creators don’t think to look at Macys. It’s where I get just about all of my “nice” clothes. ❤🎈💄👠🧣🌹🍎🍷
