Honest question, but I've tried this and by the looks of the edge. It did exactly what mine did. It didn't seal it completely. Cause like yours, it doesn't seal around the edges. And if heated up after sublimation, it'll just be able to pull it off completely. Is it better to make the sheet smaller than the actual tile?

Hey! I haven’t made a video yet but I do know a different process! Try to spray a coat of polycrylic over the tile first, let dry completely then sublimate. Skip the lamination process! 😁🩷

Hi, why does it bubbles up when applying the laminate, anything I'm doing wrong 360 degree for 3 minutes, check every 60 seconds and checking the first 60 seconds bubble are already forming. Any solution. Thank you

Is the top paper parchment paper or butcher paper, when pressing the laminate sheet onto the tile? Also, what pressure setting would you suggest? Medium pressure, since it’s a tile & could break if pressure was set to high?

Yes!! Also a light coating of polycrylic spray before sublimation could replace this lamination process. :) 🩷

Does anyone know the thickness of the laminating pouches is it 5 ml are 10ml... I already have some lemonade and paper on hand but I don't know if it's the correct kind and Amazon doesn't give the thickness

Hey!! You may have a clog. I would try doing maintenance which is Print Head Cleaning :) Just follow the steps on the printer and use regular printing paper to do it. Takes just 15 min or so🩷 Let me know if that helps!

So essentially you sublimated the lamination film and not the tile.

Yes! Basically ANYTHING you sublimate needs a poly coat first. That can be polyester, polyurethane, polycrylic etc. 😁 If the item you purchase says “Sublimation blank” it already has a poly finish. :)

@TheWesleys so I just did 1 tile with the same thermal sheets. And after sitting in the heat tray. I had little to no air bubbles, and it isn't lifting off the edges cause I cut the sheet smaller than the tile and will see if it'll work with the sublimation once it cools
