So, who is allowed to state that person / company can ask the court for the person / company who owns you money to get an CCJ and would that cost for that to happen 🤔 just if that is the case, how much would that cost. 🤔 The reason for asking is to make sure we can recover any money that anyone owns us money!

hello.. i running a exporting business in turkey and i exported our products to a uk ltd company and then Our products were shipped, delivered, and custom clearance was completed. i got down payment balance half. now i not able reach company representive. my question is I am not a British citizen, can I make an online money claim for the remaining amount?

Hi, I didn't know that I have only two weeks to respond to claim from, I sent it by 10 days delay!! I thought I have 28 days to respond,What happens now ? ( Than you)

Hi Saeid! failing to respond within two weeks usually results in a rate that's decided by the court. @@thrifty-family thank you for your reply. I had a county court claim against me. The matter was settled. The claimant ( the car finance company) withdrew the claim, striking off, however I am thinking to serve a letter before claim since the claimant applied to the county court while they already had arrangements with me, I mean a repayment plan was already in place. They didn't serve any letter before claim or a pre action protocol. I am a Law graduate from abroad doing gdl and later intend to do SQE. I have few years of experience in Immigration law, traffic law. Regards

What will happens next ( after sending form ) if you agree to pay fully?

Hi Honorata! the intent to pay in full should be expressed in the form you sent back to the court. You will then get a response on what you should do next. Hope this helps!
