How to Suede Dye Timberlands | Angelus Suede Dye

An easy and quick video on how to change your boots to a different color really quickly and easily using Angelus Suede Dye.
Here are some tips while doing this project -
You can dye over the eyelets because they are metal so the dye does not adhere.
If you get saturated dye areas with lines take some Angelus Shoe Stretch and spray down and it will even the dye out then leave to dry.
Angelus Brand has an assortment of many different suede and leather dyes to change to what you want.
When dying suede or leather you can only go darker. The suede dye works perfect on brown surfaces as it is intended to mix with natural colored leathers such as light brown to brown. It will basically mix what is under so red + white = pink. Keep that in mind when dying.

Did you have to put any suede prepare products before you started painting over them? Have they cracked or creased and affected the paint since you have painted them?

So I finished painting my timbs red a few days ago but they need one more coat of paint. Can I use the shoe stretch once I'm done with the 3rd coat? Should I let the coat dry, and then apply, or apply the stretch while wet? And once I apply the shoe stretch should I wipe them down?

Can i paint shoes sole (such as a jordan 6 for example) with the "walk on black/red " product you guys have? And if so,do I just need to apply it after cleaning the sole or should I applicate something else? Thanks anyway guys :)

Loving the work bud! Just wondering I have a pair of timbs that I cleaned but the sued is now flat and can't change colors anymore any suggestions? This was before I saw your how to clean suede vid, and will this dye take away the suede feel from a brand new pair? Thanks hope to hear from you.

i have a few questions? Is there a reason u didn't use tape like when ur painting? Can tape be used? Will it bleed after if the repellent isn't used? How long does the repellent keep it bleed free? and lastly, I want to do a pair of wallys that are burnt orange ..If i got like a fuchsia, would it take over the orange if i did enough coats?
