Would you recommend using size small on a newborn? I’m afraid if I buy the newborn size the baby will outgrow it too quickly.

We were given a nb halo swaddle and my little guy is just a week away from 3 mos and we just bought the next size up. Depends on how big your baby was at birth I guess.

Sometimes if baby is too small for it, it’s hard to get a tight enough wrap and they wiggle out which makes them much more upset. I’d get whatever is recommended for his age/size. Babies outgrow everything so fast anyway and if it’s the difference between sleeping and not, it’s worth the money

Baby is new born and he keeps getting his right arm out. Anything we can do to prevent this. He cries like crazy once the arm is out

I would recommend a minimum of two in each size. That way if baby has a blow out in the middle of the night you have an extra one on hand. I ended up getting four size small just because I didn't want to have to worry about laundry that often.
