This is how you can instantly swim longer distance underwater without improving your swimming technique. My Vlog Channel: / @lordchristianwedoey My Website: www.christianwedoy.com
Something that also helps me swim further underwater is swimming flat to the floor of the pool and keeping myself as flat as possible to torpedo my way across.
While the advise about breathing and deep breaths totally works, there's also a risk of hyperventilation. Body cannot find out saturation by oxygen, but it has a workaround - it judges it by carbon dioxide saturation. If you do too many deep breaths, you lower your dioxide saturation, but if you attempt to swim "as far as possible", you can become unconscios as the oxygen drops too low (while carbon dioxide is not high enough to warn you). And if there's noone to help you, you might get drowned too. Basically those deep breaths are helping you to swim longer, but they are also confusing your natural warning system.
1.You need to eat... If you don't eat you will be burning fat not carbs for energy... Yes the air hunger will be less cause fats don't produce so much co2 but they do consume more o2 so you are more prone to blackout. 2.You should breath just normal like sitting on a chair or reading a book. YES IT WILL BE more uncomfortable because high co2 butt dive reflex will kick early and you can swim longer. 3.No warm up. Because each warm up is weaking dive response... So with warm up is more comfortable but you burn more o2=blackout. 4.Do it without any facial equipment and have your face warm and dry before the swim. The temperature change when you put your face under water and the movement of water itself will activate the dive response. 5.Never dive alone Cheers Mate.
@@Christian_Wedoy I changed the comment. Didn't want to be aggressive in any means. Of course your approach will make people more relaxed so they will swim longer. But for max attempts these method is quite opposite. Matt Malina is several world champion in Dyn and DNF.
This lady is having buoyancy problems despite wearing a weight belt. Swimming under the water, rather than at the surface would result in a greater distance (as would better streamlining). Only two things aid buoyancy, body fat and air in the body. This young lady need not loose fat and reducing air is not an option; the answer is to swim deeper. Depth will compress the air reducing buoyancy. The pool is not deep enough for a good demonstration.
Right??She isnt even "stopped" and she is allready starting the 2nd stroke, theres a lot of inertia she is loosing there by being impatient plus she is getting tired way sooner for worse results, basically.A single stroke will actually take you a long way.
Hi Im a Filipino. Most of us don't have pools in our property or house. We can only enjoy Swimming when we are Going to a resort. But I also want to Hold my breath longer.. I can hold my breath not underwater for a minute but if I hold my breath underwater it feels so heavy and It will only last me for atleast 20 second... Why? Edit: Can I do this breath training even if Im not Gonna swim? and just to prepare for our nxt vacation?🤣🤣
