Thanks kuskus for the information. But am worried. Is it possible to be a skilled worker and still study full time? Or the person would have to stop school. How are they Gona deal with the two?
please if i may ask , asuuming a dependant under a student main applicant is going for the switch from dependant visa to health care visa (skilled worker visa) inside the uk, regarding the eglish requirement , does the dependant have to write the english test or no? even if the dependant can read ,speak and write. thanks
@@Ola-v1z if the dependent had met the English language requirements in the first visa application, they will not need to meet it a second time, but if they did not meet that requirement in the first visa application, then they will need to meet the English language requirement.
Under the previous student dependant visa application ,there was no place in the application that was asked to proof English language test. During the previous student dependant visa ,it was only asked if the applicant can be contacted by English and said yes on the application, does that cover enough or the best thing for the dependant that wants to switch to a health care visa is to do the English test before the visa application?
Thanks for the information. Pls is there any penalty for an international student who didn’t pay all the tuition fee before switching to tier 2 visa? Awaiting your response. Thank you
Hi kuskus, your information is always helpful. As a chevener studying in the UK , am I also eligible to switch from student Visa to skilled worker Visa considering the fact that chevening requires me to return to my home country upon completion of my masters program?
Can I switch to skilled work visa without finishing my degree? And can I work more than 20hours so I can able to afford the skilled work visa application fees
Wow you are brilliant 😍 I have a question please, what about scholarships policy such as chevening, one of their conditions is you have to return to your country for 2 years ... Is it still possible to apply for this visa ?
Thanks so much for this amazing video. I learnt a lot. Please I wish to know, if a lady is on a student visa and her husband who is the dependent gets a sponsorship job, can she quit schooling and his dependent?
If the husband switches to a skilled worker visa and she wants to stop schooling, yes she can, but she should first speak to the school about her withdrawal options, so that she can withdraw successfully without breaking any regulations.
Hi . Thanks for your good video. Im 34 and single . I'm a truck driver in Iran. ( Cdl A ) and also a forklift driver . Its my dream to work and live in UK . Please help me . Thanks
Find out what their policy is on switching, this is what you should have done before switching. You have to follow the steps in their policy to avoid issues.
Please there is a penalty when u switch from Tier 4 visa to Tier 2 visa without graduating, it is called Visa Abuse, you can research about that @Kuseme Iseh b4 students become victims. You are denied Permanent Visa after working 5 years with the Skilled worker if you didn't graduate your school b4 switching. Most are not aware of the Visa Abuse crime which will denial you from getting permanent Visa in the near future. Many people have regretted switching before graduating and is the penalty they re facing now.
For real 😮? This is serious oh, do you know anyone suffering from visa refusal and the decision letter has the reason as having switched from student to skilled worker visa without finishing studies? It’s important to have proof for this kind of thing considering such penalties are not stated on the UKVI website, to avoid assumptions. Thanks for sharing 👍
@@KusemeIseh Every std is asked during interview whether they have plans of studying or working b4 travelling to UK. So if along the line u switch without completing U've abuse the student Visa. You are only safe to apply with ur certificate of Sponsorship 3months b4 graduation and switch ,when theuniversity sent to the home office U've completed your course.
@@KusemeIseh It is just like u enjoying public funds or working more than 24 hrs on Tier 4 Visa, u will not see the consequence until u apply for a postgraduate Visa. They will deny u of it. Pple are not concern of the Visa Refusal becuz it takes 5 yrs to face that penalty which ur denied of ILR. It means you're not honest to switch from student to Skilled Visa without completing, so you're not qualify to be a citizen. U can che ck from the UK immigration website. Is 3months b4 graduation.
Well, you are correct about the questions during visa interview. You should also know that there are conditions to fulfil before switching to a skilled worker visa and a skilled worker contributes to the economy of the country. The UKVI will assess your applications and have the authority to deny it if they believe the applicant is not honest. I believe that if they approve the switch, then they ought not to penalise individuals for it.
Switching from a student visa to a skilled worker visa is not illegal, it is not a breach of your visa conditions, so it's not the same thing like the two incidents you stated above.
If your dependent gets a skilled job, yes they can apply and Yes they need to proof English Language proficiency. If they met the English proficiency in the previous visa application, then that would be sufficient for the new visa application.
i am a student in uk. i came here after 3 months ago. i came here to do my degree. Now i got a sponser he is ready to provide care work visa for me. ielts is mandatory to change the visa?please reply me mam very urgent
The first offer you receive after submitting an application is a conditional offer. Once you fulfil all the conditions on the offer, the University will issue you an unconditional offer.
@@KusemeIseh Good morning! Please I've offers without an English language requirement. However there's a fee deposit requirement, how can I deal with this since I'm still waiting on Chevening? And again, besides English language and fee deposit, what other requirements makes a university offer to be conditional?
@@ukwedehboniface1498 read your offer letter and you’ll see all the conditions there. This video should answer the rest of your questions ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yV6vWXv0UWM.html
Well, there are no limitations on undergraduates switching. But you should know that skilled jobs would mostly need people who have atleast an undergraduate degree, so if an undergraduate switches, they may not meet the qualifications for skilled worker visa, except they have the job at hand 🖐️
Hello kuseme Can Chevening scholars switched to skilled worker visa while studying based on the 2 year policy for scholars to rwturn to their home country
