How to Switch From CFOP To Roux (OH) 

It's good in 2H, definitely not good in OH

ZZ is objectively and measurably worse than CFOP, let alone Roux.

idk about others, for me in the last 2 steps of the solve, where you do EO, it's very for ur brain to adjust the color you have to look at when trying to do that

dual cn will let you take advantage of any pair on the cube so full cn isnt necessary to be world class. also full cn on roux is harder than on cfop cause you have to get used to 24 different fbs compared to 6 cross colours

​@@trianglescubewell you can't use a white edge connected to a white center. For that you at least need 12FB, which is what I would recommend.

never practiced that, my 2H is actually slower than my OH with roux

​@@Dumpster87I used to avg 13 2H cfop and 22 OH cfop. Switched to roux about 3 weeks ago and this vid helped a lot . Rn I am sub-25 roux 2h and sub-35 roux oh

​@@Dumpster87same happens with me all the time. I just enjoy OH a lot more than anything else and do feel like doing 2h or anything at all
