I am not surprised because it is a valuable video like this that often gets fewer views. And i am privileged for reaching this information. Thank you so much, sir
I am running a recruitment business since 2015 but don't know how to scale up so it is nothing less than doing a job rather than business. This video was really an eye opener. Thank you ❤
Glad you found it useful. We have free templates and tools for each of the 5 steps identified in the video, such as a worksheet for creating your vision, a free EasyOrgChart application, and a sample process list to help with identifying your processes. If you're interested, send me an email - mmills@businessdesigncorp.com
Thank you so much. I want to get my business systemized for my sons, simplify to take it over. Big goal is, to create a solid base of wealth for further generations of my relatives

This ought to have thousands of likes and shares it's about time to view a video(s) that actually shows you HOW NOT JUST THE WHAT then the rest of the video is their product !! As business owners of course we totally understand utilizing yt and delivery of content to build need for our product/service but man times have changed and some of us are in "tech , "here is what you MUST DO ", INFORMATION OVERLOAD without ANY ACTUAL VALUE FOR THE PROCESS OF GETTING THERE .......THIS IS A GEM 💎💎💎💎
This video is quite a lot useful; therefore, I watch it time and again! The more I watch, the clearer I become! Sir I think we process identification comes first than ORG chart because.Once identify the processes, it easier to create an org chart.
Remember to create the org chart of your future vision. That way it becomes a strategic growth tool - who will you hire next, what will they do, what do you expect of them and how will they achieve those expectations. Your org chart can tell you all of that. By the way: Here are 2 videos to help you create your org chart: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VZm6-atrRZc.html and ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4yASSqmuWjU.html and, if you would like a free org chart tool, register at: www.touchstonebusinesssystems.com/easyorg/
Thank you for this video! Definetly helped me clarify a lot of things that I overlooked as not valuable but now I see why some of the things such as values, mission, purpose are so important! Love the channel-subscribed👍
RE: Creating a VISION... There are a couple of new videos, I've put on RU-vid Joe; this video [ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lQq7ELi_sjI.html ] talks about the importance and value of having a process, and this video [ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-d2dHYMhscjg.html ] walks you through the process of creating a VISION, your Mission, Purpose and Values, using a pre-written templated in the TouchStone process library. @@dinkelberg442 Have you read The E-Myth; Why Most Small Businesses Fail and What to Do About It, by Michael Gerber? It's a good book about the importance and value of processes. And here's a video of Michael Gerber you might want to watch: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-r6hlYqgw5jI.html - the issue is, none of these explains HOW to systemize your business. That's where we specialize. If you're interested in learning more about our services, schedule a meeting with me using this link: www.scheduleyou.in/bW5qDRhE?Id=~Contact.Id~
Thank you very much for this! I'll be following up by watching it through another few times, working ON my business in tandem with your explanation in the video. I'll also check out your website, the Touchstone program and your "doing it together" course, if it's still available. Later today I'll email the contact on your website. Cheers, Jane PS in addition to Shannon's comment re "wives" ... as a professional woman supporting professional women, I also noticed that the senior business professionals in your webinar were almost all men. You're clearly well meaning and pro-women *and* it would be unfortunate for you to be passed over by women professionals and business owners who need your services but feel they may not be fully respected in their dealings with you.
Thank you for your comments, Jane. There are a few services we offer depending on the progress you've made in the systemization of your business. Do you have lots/some processes already written and you're challenged getting them organized and implemented? Or are you at that point where you know you need processes and you're wondering how to start?
@@BusinessDesignCorporation thanks for your reply! That’s correct I’ve got 6 employees. Honestly, I can’t thank you enough for your videos. I’m still in the process of implementing the system, but it helps a lot!

Im here to find the key steps required for having my business work for me, compared to me working for my business. For me this means having employees that are handling the day to day tasks that keep the business running. This will free my time up so I can begin working ON my business. Along with building my own personal network so I can surround myself with people that are where I wish to be.
I'm currently a solo-owner/operator for Blue Heron Services (Exterior Cleaning). Biggest priority as of right now is organizing finances & preparing to hire. My first employees will be technicians so I can get off the truck. Thanks for the reply!
@@trentdelgadillo4152 id recommend out small business application and follow the same plan: 1. VISION: Write down what you think the business will look like in 3-7 years, (revenue, # of employees etc). Its a description of your dream. It doesn't have to perfect. 2. Create the org chart of that future dream. 3. Pay ATTENTION to the processes your are doing, an the position on your org chart that would be accountable for doing them. Give each process a name and assign it to the position even when you're doing everything which is what happens in a growing company. Then you'll be ready to hire someone for one of the positions on your org chart. We have a very affordable tool and a Do It Yourself (D.I.Y.) program to walk you though all of the steps to building your process dependant business. Let me know if you're interested.

That's the perfect mindset. A lot of entrepreneurs think all they have to do is work really hard and they will find success. What usually happens is they create a really stressful and overwhelming job for themselves, they end up working really hard, and their business is rarely worth what they think it is worth if and when they choose to sell it. If your intention is to grow, create your vision, create the org chart of that future vision, and go to work on the processes for each of the positions on your org chart. Then, when you hire someone, you have all you need to onboard, train and manage a new employee for success. - good work.
Sure. We can help you with that. We've worked with hundreds of small to mid-size businesses in all different industries. What kind of business do you have?
Yes and, I'd recommend reading "Built to Sell' by John Warrillow. It's a very good read about a guy who owns an advertising agency doing about $1.2M USD in revenue. The business is overwhelming him. He goes to a friend who's in the business of selling businesses. His friend tells him he has nothing to sell. Who would want 'his job'? And it is the story of how he then recreates his business into a valuable and saleable asset.
Well you're in the right place. Systematizing your business is so much more than just writing a bunch of documents. And the first step is to get very clear on what you want your business to become in the next 3-5 years. If you're interested in an exercise to get clear on your vision, reply to me and I'll send you some complimentary worksheets. It's a super valuable exercise. - Thanks for your comment.
@@everestacademy3600 First step is to get very clear on what you want your business to look like in 5-7 years. Access the worksheets using the link below. Do you have a plan? And are you following your plan. You've probably heard this saying; ... If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". You need a process for Strategic Planning. We have this process pre-written in the TouchStone library. It starts with a 'documented long term vision. From the long term vision, you establish annual priorities (goals). From the annual priorities you establish quarterly goals and you measure and monitor the progress you're making on your quarterly goals monthly. Heres a good video on the topic: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tZhs_WK3i4w.htmlsi=AAZypLmKe2v1g3f7 You can get this process with a free trial of The TouchStone Business System. @@BusinessDesignCorporation yes I do but I'm in the regrouping and rebuilding phase. Having an organization chart has helped me better understand what is it that I do, evaluate each business activity, get an understanding of my key competencies and sort of measure how much value does each of those add to what I do.
I'm beginning to see every function like a chess board. Each piece with its unique moves and the queen being the equivalent of my key competencies aka secret move. Than you.
