How madame Chisome , am lizy from Tanzania , I would like to ask u a question about how to measure the bust pan , cause l saw in one of your video , u were teaching about two different of A line skirts, and one of the skirt which is a panel skirt l remember you used bust pan measurement which u divided it into two, so what confused me to understand is what is exactly bust pan and how do l take measurement of it please help me to understand it

Okay burst span is the distance from one burst to the other just place your tape on one of your burst that is the pointed part and stretch it to the other burst and take the measurement ok♥️

Half length is always 2" or 3" below the under burst that is the upper stomach area ok
