Yoo try using lightroom mobile for the basics like exposure , contrast ,white balance etc. Then just head onto vsco for the presets :)) Ig: @louise_aguilar

I think this will help about the eyebags! It’s hard to hide your eyebags with lighting n stuff but you can just take a pic and hide your eyebags with the app facetune you can hide it
