@@Arpityouknow 1 hour workout is sufficient for Health In gym aur agar zada hi shok ha Toh 2 ghanta sa kabhi bhi zada nhi krna chaia agge tuje pata hi ha ki kase log mar rahe ha heart attack sa gym ma jada exercises krke 3 to5 hours
