I was watching and I noticed that almost all of the notes are in Dutch, are you Dutch? I’m always surprised whenever I see any Dutch because it’s such a small country and it’s always a nice surprise seeing it.
1. Structure notes: write a contents page, subject 2. Use symbols to make notes neater 3. Write whole sentences in your notes 4. Don't just copy and paste the powerpoint - make sure to add your own notes 5. Write things that are important (if professor emphasises it, new material not in textbooks) - make sure to summarise long examples 6. Use separate highlighter for anything exam related 7. Make notes look pretty - use one colour in different shades, add sticky notes of same colour, create pretty header
Try writing slower and practicing a little bit more. Trying to make each letter a bit more consistent helped me make my writing a bit better. You could also just check out those writing videos on here they help too
When I start reading textbooks and having to take notes, I eventual just see myself rewriting the whole textbook cuz everything seems important. Ahhhh. And when I don't write some stuff down, they show up one quizzes.

@@andily565 well one of my teacher doesn't like me using pens because it can smear really easily (at least the cheap ones do and let's get real none of us have fancy pens during school while in highschool/college because you stop caring) and also because you can't erase mistakes and it looks sloppy that way. It may be different for other teachers but those are the reasons for mine :)

Yes Rose...I agree with you on using a separate colour pen or a highlighter for anything and everything important for the exam..I personally use a magenta coloured pen for all my grade 12th board exam important questions..❤️❤️
i find tghis informative piece of knowledge quite adequate in my endeavors to pursue note taking full time. This video singlehandedly supported my mother through time of crisis and reimbursed me of stage 4 cancer. My father recently re-owned me and now i am a full fledged doctorate.

This is a side note but I've just come back to your channel after two years and your English has improved so much! You sound pretty much fluent to a native English speaker! :)
Writing notes in good handwriting only makes it beautiful but not productive for us. If you just write your notes in “I don't care” handwriting, it will be more efficient. Because it compels us to read the notes more thoroughly. If it's in good handwriting it's similar to textbooks. So try like this for one time. It worked for me, so I just wanted to share with you guys too ☺️ Happy learning 💙
Thank you so much for the video, I'm also a law student. One thing my professor told me was to write notes in a plain paper instead of ruled paper, that is because, once you start writing in plain papers, your handwriting not just improves, but also you learn to write straight without the lines. It also helps, because we can use them according to our wishes, as in dividing it the way we want, add the line space etc. This is something I wanted to add. I love your videos and have been religiously watching them so I thought I'd comment for the first time :)
I’ve been sitting here tryna read these words and I just realized none of them are in English 😂 I’m like either I can’t read cursive like I thought or it’s not spelt right 💀💀 with this handwriting !! I’d write ALLLL day 🥴🥴
Finally, someone who actually tells us WHAT to write in your notes rather than how to write notes and telling their way of writing it! I wanted to write notes for a long time now but I didn't know what to write. I'm so glad I found this! TYSM!
I watch these genre videos when I lack motivation and get tired of studying or feeling bored. After watching the video I feel very happy and calm inside and it gives me more energy to work efficiently. I'm also following her in Instagram
here's my issue. I have really messy writing and I wish I could make my headers as neat as yours, but it's simply impossible for mee! These were really good tips nonetheless :)
Something to consider - when you say it is easier to read full sentences than to for your brain to fill in the gaps, you are correct. However, brain science shows that learning actually happens in the struggle. If it's too easy, it's also too easy to gloss over.

My handwriting depends on my mood sometimes if I wanna get the thing over with I write fast and it becomes like noddles 😂 but urs is amazing and intact.. 👏

Well it doesn't matter if you have a bad handwriting or not being able to buy high quality stationery. Remember, you are making notes for yourself not to show off that you've made "aesthetic notes". Plus, it's your handwriting and you can only understand it. If you make any mistakes just don't panic, get a correction tape or pen or whatever to cover it. If you can't afford those stationary, just go buy anything close to it which it affordable since it'll be useless after finish school or move to an another year/grade.
This video is very helpful as well as satisfying/aesthetically pleasing! I have one question though: how do you decide if you will use a highlighter or underline with a pen to emphasize information in your notes? I noticed you used both and I am curious! (Others feel free to respond as well)
I think she uses both in order to priorityze in some way. You see if you only use highlights for everythnig that's important it might become distracting for the eyes and sometimes you might want to highlight something important but less important than the other things. So by underlining it helps to make a difference and still have everything that is also important but less important then the highlighted things. PS : It also seems like in her notes she uses highlights for title more than for content

When you watch these videos on the weekend, your doing a project at school , and you have to make it look neat but come back looking at it all disorganized and your all of the sudden you have the most organized paper. Your teacher is like -wait what happened?! Thank you this vid helped a lot :)
She's not (yet) engaged. Her followers always ask her about her ring but she always answer that it's just an accessory. I do also wear a ring but, I am not engaged. And I don't even have a boyfriend. 😂

I pretty much always wear two rings and where I'm from I never get questions about it, but each time my ring is visible in one of my videos/instagram posts, I get asked if I'm engaged. It is understandable to be curious of course but I'd want to tell you myself if I was engaged ♥️ 🤗
I should really really thank you ,I never was able to make notes since 4th grade,I'm in 7th grade now,and I'm finally able to make notes bcz of u,I don't have all the colors highlighters so I don't use them,I don't have mildliners either,but I am still able to make colorful notes with just 2 pens !Bcz of you thank you very much!!!!
When I read the headlines of your pages I thought "oh is she German too?" but when I read the text under it it wasn't German but pretty similar to it (I could understand alot of it because the words are almost the same) So I'm curious, which language is that?
Fun fact: I have a big math exam tomorrow that I hade a week to study for but I didn't obviously and now I am watching this video for no reason at all ❤️
