How to take off REAR Door Panel in 2010-2012 Ford Fusion 

Very helpful. I have to replace the inside door latch and don't know how to get the panel off. The dealership was going to charge me $100 for "diagnosis" alone. I'm like "dude, I don't need it diagnosed, the handle is broken. So I'll order the latch for $12 on Amazon and do it myself! Thanks!
