So I either waste time wrapping it up perfect for storage or waste time untangling it which may or may not happen. Nice solution though.

The over under wrap seems pretty legit imo. Little damage to the cords internals also it seems. It does stay pretty tangle free also. I've been practicing and there's a technique to getting it perfect without damaging it. But wrapping up a cable using any method will damaging it if the wrap was done using force to make it tight.

Thank you it is good trick, i try it for other types of cable and it works too. Now i can save more space i my cable box and cables will not tangled in each other.

I swear somebody is stalking me all the damn time. I've been doing this for so many years. There's a better more efficient way though. Doing what's shown in the video can still resort in tangled earphones, especially if they move around a lot in the pocket. . .
