I think you can look at it a very different way, the issue is just that the team is doing different things, Alvaro and Fresskowy in my opinion make a valid decision to just play one side of the fight and pick people off there. Alvaro looping around is not even a bad decision, but somehow it is not communicated because Supa and Myrwn are just completely not moving at all, they are astro griefing with their position in this fight. Supa doesn't even seem to notice that his Rell has left.
