How do you a tell a fake Hydro Flask from a real one? How can you identify which is which and spot the difference?
Well there are 12 different ways you can tell the difference between a fake Hydro Flask and a real one and I outline them in detail in this video.

Nice 👍, good info, I was able to tell some differences! I bough like 20 used HydroFlask at my Local Denver CO Flea Market, all kinds of styles, 10oz,16oz, 18oz, 20oz, 24,oz, 32oz and 40oz, prices from $3, $5 $8 and $10 , some had stickers which I took them off and clean them very very well. I’ve been giving them to family and friends to avoid plastic waiter bottles. Thanks for the video dude! 🙏 🙏🙏👍👍👍

1. The copyright sign on the bottle actually doesn't mean it's fake. Hydroflask had it until early 2020 when they removed it to give the bottle a cleaner look. 2. Check inside the bottle for paper or anything. If there is a paper, its probably fake. 3. Check the font. The hydroflask font is easy to tell from other fonts.

So I bought a black and white ombre 32 ounce hydroflask when Unus Annus was a thing.i didn't realise it was fake at the time but, honestly, it's amazing. It's the best flask I've owned in a functional sense, it looks cool and it was less than half the price of a real one. It goes with me everywhere. If its a good flask, why should it matter if it's fake? 😊

I have a wide mouth 40oz in a sky blue color (they probably call it Aqua) and it has the markings of a real one but the label you say is a fake label was on it and I bought it from Academy Sports and Outdoors in store. could they be selling fake ones?

Okay so my daughters’ hydro had the little guy REALLY SMALL but we checked and it was real. We got the bottle yesterday and she really likes it! We even checked the bottom and it was in print, just like the real one. But...on the inside, it didn’t have the paper. It also came in the real packaging. Plus, we bought it from Amazon. She said it was real because it was from the company that Hydroflask partnered with. So my question is...is it real???

If you paid the expected price for the flask it's more than likely real. As he say's here, if you got it at a weirdly low price its most likely fake.

I have a fake hydro flask from eBay, I got it for Christmas a few years ago and it’s a 32oz hydro flask with straw lid, and this hydro flask is really nice but it’s really hard to drink out of it because of the lid and it makes a weird sound when I drink out of it

My mom got the same kind as a gift and it wouldn’t suck water at all. I took it apart and found the sip part didn’t have a a complete hole in it. I ended up drilling a hole in it for it to work.

I'm from Hydro Flask Co PH. This is how easy to identify the fake and the original one. 1. Hydro Flask Logo with "R" If you bought one with "R" in year 2020 and up. That means it's possible fake because the hydro with "R" sign are already faced out in year 2018-2019. 2. The fake one has a larger Logo than the original one. 3. Color and texture. The fake one is shinier and also has a brighter color the the original. 4. At the bottom you'll see some writings on it. The fake one has a larger letters than the original one. Hope this helps

So I ordered one off of ebay & it’s a discontinued color Lilac 32 oz. it doesn’t have the R on it. It came in the white bag though & has the same bottom, inside, etc. but it didn’t come with the cleaning care thing. Is it fake???

I ordered a hydro flask from the Amazon link you listed, and it came in a brown box, with no recycle sleeve or leaflet inside. It also says Hydrate once on the black sleeve, and only has English displayed on it.. is it fake??

I also just went back and checked my other Hydro Flask. I took a picture of it the day I bought it to show my friend. I bought it at an Academy Sports, it still had the sleeve on it in the picture, and it only says Hydrate once. Are there different sleeves? I can’t see the sides of it to see if it has the different languages.. The lids look legit. I’m going crazy! Lol

So, I recently lost my 32oz mango hydro flask and have been quite sad about it which lead me to seek out a replacement. I purchased a 40oz mango that I found on eBay and immediately felt like something was off. The color didn’t seem quite how I remembered, but there were other things too... The paint up around the rim isn’t smooth the water mark on the logo which I’ve now learned, thanks to your video, may not necessarily indicate a fake. So far only two of the 12 things pointed out apply to this bottle which are the price and the spacing of hydro. Maybe the fakes are getting better or maybe I’m paranoid?

Actually, I bought the blue one With green like about 2016, 2017 something like this it is an old model I have it. I ordered it from Hydro flask website and I choose the customized color.

I just bought one Wide Mouth 1.0 32oz in Olive. Everything is genuine, but the logo and Hydro Flask word on the bottle doesn't have the copyright ® logo. It should have that logo in the old design, but the bottom sticker states 2020?! I bought it from trusted seller at premium.

Is it normal if the logo doesn't align with the lid/cap? It's kind of bothering me because in the picture it's aligned but when it arrived to me when I screw it all the way, the logo isn't in the middle. :/

Mine's rusting on the inside and I'm trying to get Hydro Flask to replace it as they have a limited lifetime warranty on it. Mine's definitely real as I bought it from Amazon, instead of Hydro Flask, because of the free two day shipping. Also, it's got all the same markings as the real ones on here. Had it for 14 months now and it's started to rust on the inside. I'm not paying $54, plus tax, again as I've yet to hear back from Hydro Flask. I bought a new one off of eBay for $28. Hoping it's real, which is why in here. I should get it on Friday. Anyway, I prefer sell as it's triple insulated so it keeps my water colder for way longer. However, they only come in 17 or 25 oz bottles and Hydro Flask has 40 oz.

Marshall’s and TJMaxx don’t verify sourcing for anything. They’re known for knockoff beauty products, as well as fake Swell bottles, so buyer beware!

I just want to say to get it our there the first generation hydro flask had bend or too and a different logo the only way to tell if ur first gen hydro flask is real is to check the r and when it says bend or at the bottom it suppose to be printed and not carved

This is inaccurate. I purchased my hydro flask from Dick’s sporting goods, a reputable company. Mine only says hydrate once with only English text. The sleeve is not stuck to the bottle. It did not come with anything inside. Note did it come with a box or a recycle me sleeve. The logo has the Trademark symbol. The neck is the old style. My wife’s is does not have the trade mark symbol but both are date 2018. Both purchased at the same store at the same time. These are not all a 100%.

Dick’s Sporting Goods is one of their partners and they make their own colors as well I think they have like limited edition ones they only go to the store I saw some a couple summers back at the Dick’s Sporting Goods in Long Beach that they didn’t sell on the website

Some of this information is false. I just bought 3 flasks from dicks sporting goods yesterday and the label only said hydration and there was no paper inside any of them. Is this just the new 2020 ones?

This is so inaccurate. I got mine from Amazon US directly and it comes with a single “Hydration” word on the label wrapped around the bottle, instead of 3 words. For those that comes with 3 words, what exactly does “Hydratation” even mean, instead of simply “Hydration”? This video should be taken down for misleading others, else I’ll be claiming from Amazon US for selling fake Hydro Flasks.
