This is a “midwife tale “ , there is no way a 21 days old is sexually mature already , they still don’t have no even developed testicles . But it’s true thay they couldn’t potentially impregnates females at 2 months

Yes, but that would be very young for a female, especially if the pregnancy is far on enough for you to feel movement (not sure how far into pregnancy she’d have to be for you to feel the babies). Pregnancy at that age is not good for them, they’re still small and still growing.
