Whatever happened to unlimited internet because if they offer a certain rate of download they should not be allowed to reduce it just because they think you're using too much that's like going to a buffet and then kicking you out because you ate too much food if we're going to advertise specific download speeds they can't reduce that because we use more than they think we deserve

fuck my isp said it is gonna be fast as hell and now my internet speed is not even reaching 100 kbs and he told me that speed test gives you false speed (but it actually gives you the true speed) so sad i fell for this fucking scam.

Surely a low result on your first number prior to activation of a VPN would indicate throttling?

the phone company sale you a little bit of their speed from their system as a deal on top of your Unlimited data plan. They sale you unlimited data you always have data it's always at your phone you can always use it but they only slowed the speed down to your high-speed data that they sold you and you should not need your phone providers high-speed if you already have a unlimited data plan with a high-speed processor.
