I buy and rock reps and I don’t care how anyone feels about it. I have these from Hong Kong and paid $140 with shipping compared to $250 (tax included) retail from Nike or $350-$400 for resale. And I didn’t have to get a raffle ticket, stand in line or wait in line online just to miss out on them.

The people in the streets that you walk past most aren't knowledgeable about sneakers or could care less and the ones who are knowledgeable would never be brave enough to bet their life on your shoes being reps. I try to cop the genuine merchandise and if it's sold out I'm willing to pay a re seller above the original retail price but when they get too greedy it just makes it even more satisfying to buy the rep

Neoprene leather cushion and glue. All made in either Vietnam or China. I've gotten defects from Footlocker and GOAT. I'm not tripping about the dot missing on the index of tabs on the inside. Only difference is you pay more going the retail route for obvious reasons

I can tell the different in the greens also. The gum bottom color is alittle different also.

One thing I will add, I just got a rep pair in and the insole is absolutely spot on. The underside is glossy just like retail.

Rep quality nowadays is damn near same as real. I rick my reps all day. Jordan 3 White Cement Reimagined & Black Cement & these SBs...gotten nothing but compliments

I know a black market dealer in Taiwan who has cops as customers. He told me reps are from same factory but they just make extra unauthorized supply. The reason for slight differences is due to same model from different factories that Nike uses so basically it’s the same product just one’s “retail” and the other’s “fake.”

The grey suede is higher on the retail as opposed to the reps. Much more space in between the design. Also the back of the shoe the back portion of the sneaker doesn’t go up high enough like the retails

Right above the Nike SB sign there's more of a 3d affect on the retail version.

The color is more saturated on the reps and the nike sb on the heel is slightly larger on the reps. I have 3 retail pair and they have glue stains under the black light. Goes to show even retail wont be perfect.

Look at the length apart from the green above the mid sole to the back wing on each side there’s a lot more space it’s way higher up compared to the rep pair it’s like a normal Jordan 4 length with the paint to the back rubber wing

Are the air units the same firmness retail vs rep? I've noticed that many reps, the air window feels softer than with retail pairs.

The green section inside the heel logo is bigger in the rep pair. Generally it looks like the rep is darker all around.

The holder for the laces on rep is slightly more in front so you can see more of the cage on the side of the shoe

Mines just came from Hong Kong as well from goat. Only thing that wasn’t right with mines was the shape then I realized I push the paper all the way up just to give it a bigger feel😂

For me, that retail toe box is made for skateboarding precision. Flicking with that shape of toe box makes a huge difference than a wide toe box.

Grabbed mine from GOAT. Looks legit but was wondering if the inside of the lid of the GOAT pair have a circular /reddish stamp that appears to say “QC”? My goat pair has a stamp inside the top lid 🤔

Look at how the Rep Pair is Factory laced. Rep companies always factory lace their shoes using the “Over and Under” method. That’s instantly the first thing I point out.

The newer reps as of June 25 are ...I swear 99.1% close to perfection, it's a bit scary for anyone wanting to grab these off some person on Facebook, IG. Just be careful. Saw these at Flea Market yesterday...wow. The flimsy rubber back tab is damn near spot on. Cream color of the upper looks authentic, as well as the hue of the pine green. Side cage and wings, damn near - if not spot on. The guy there "blacklighted them"...THAT was spot on. No guide lines, but I did not notice the "wings and gum sole" glow like authentics" (That sure can change inn the next batch). Insoles looked perfected, font, font spacing, the red color..that I'm not tootall ysure. But THAT was the only difference. Now the box size, that could have been off when it comes to dimensions, I don't know. Everything else..seriously you could not tell if these were fake. Again, be careful if you are purchasing these from private sellers wanting $300-350+ SO....just a warning / advice. IF you are tempted to purchase these from Facebook MP, IG...some private seller, get a black light. Just check everything throughly. *And if that seller appears nervous, antsy. Thats a red flag...walk away!

Is the sizing same in reps? I fot reps US 10 and they feel huge, more like an 11 or 10,5 the least. Don't know how retail fits. They were the new, better reps

The people who made the original shoes in China are also the ones who made the UA shoes. They finished the contract with Jordan so they formed a team and they made UA shoes and the material used in the original Jordan shoes comes from the same source. So almost the original and UA are really the same when done.

On the back under the green Nike sb logo the seam is off in the retail pair. It’s more uniformed on the replica. The replica looks much better from the back.

Gum bottom is off and the stitching under the Nike SB. one is higher than the other one.

One other thing is the cage section on the outside facing part of the rep is a lot bigger and a bit differently shaped

I bought my first generic/knock offs from amazon last year for 45 bones after buying Nike/Jordan/Adidas/UA for over 15 years! I'm down with fakes now! I just hate that they infringe on the designs of the known brands! They don't have to! They can design/sell generic designs/brands without copying others! =).

If you buying them to wear and not filling the pockets of the resellers, by the reps and enjoy...no one is walking up to your sneakers with a black light or getting so close to examine an 1/8 " here or there..enjoy you and forget it.
