Hi great video but remember the wattage the resistor has to carry volts x amps and you could use a potentiometer instead of a fixed resistor and be able to go from empty to full by adjusting the potentiometer. Great video 😊. Thanks Walter from Liverpool Merseyside England

I can’t remember the ohms of the gauge itself and the sending unit, but the resistors I used are to “simulate” the sending unit resistance to get a reading on the gauge
Yo bud.. my fuel gauge when it got power acc the fuel level goes up, but then the car is running, the fuel level gauge drops... Ive check the fuel sender and its within specs..
Hmmm is it possible that the sender is grounding out somewhere when the engine is running? Maybe the vibrations of the engine cause a wire to ground out somewhere
