I felt it was just not enough pouch to pour 100% of the powder out consistently test after test. For example, first test I may leave a small amount in the corners and second one I may not. This could potentially alter the results. I like my method because I can open the content completely and scrap it out. I feel I was rushed when I tried pouring the packet and even had it timeout on me. I just feel the results are very consistent from test to test since doing it my way.
