Is 1 Ohm considered a high a value? I checked a 3R3 conductor which is close to the battery connector, which is quite loud "whining" and battery is not charging.

Sir , there's a man who test inductors using continuity buzzer sound . According to him when you put the metter probes on the two terminals of an inductors , if you get the sound , that means the inductor is good . He doesn't talk about low resistance as you do . Who is right ?

some smd inductors , especially grey squared ones have their pins on the bottom side , it's almost impossible to put your probes on them . inductors like 6R8 . in your video the pins are visible 1:37 , but sometimes they aren't . how to check them ? I also encountered inductors labeled CHK 1 , CHK2 , CHK3 etc.. their terminals are beneath them .
