If I can give an advice to new moms, religion and breathing exercises really helps during difficult times. I used to be an atheist and I got an unexpected baby, statring to take interest into religion is what helped me to relax when I was having breakdowns, it basically helped my mental health. Thank you so much Isabel ❤️ It is rare to find contents about motherhood and spirituality, it helps a lot!!! That vibrational sound at the end of your video really hit me 😯
Our motherhood journeys are so similar. All of my trimesters were horrid. Looking back, I think God was trying to teach me how to slow down. I have extreme divine masculine energy, and it was frustrating to shift into ease and flow - the divine feminine. Now, I feel like it is so normal, and my son appreciates it. We spend so much meaningful time together, and even strangers compliment my parenting. Thanks, Isabel, for always being a light! ♥️
