How to Throw a Cast Net (BIG or small) 

Hey everyone, I have thrown a lot of different sizes of cast net growing up and I have two different styles of throwing my nets. My method of throwing is usually driven by the size of the net. So in this video I show you how to throw a big cast net and how you can throw a small cast net. The method for throwing the smaller cast net is particularly easy for kids to use!
