I remember seeing you throw a grenade on hole 1 of OTB open in stockton and saving birdie, I was amazed. Never seen a throw like that and you just ripped it from the treeline and parked the hole. Absolutely awesome
Followed you through Des Moines Challenge the last two years and your grenade on 14 is one of the coolest things I've seen in disc golf! Thanks for the video dude!!
Saw this guy dropping some serious bombs at MCO this year, 8 down through 10 holes. One of the most underrated distance throwers in the game PLUS a hilariously inappropriate grenade on hole 1 😂
well that was unexpected. didn't expect to tear up during a grenade tutorial 😅. congratulations you two. I am going to work on incorporating this into my game, I always love watching you on tour and seeing the more unique throws like this come out. what I struggle with a little bit is executing the throwing motion at such an awkward down to up motion and getting a good release. it looks like you kinda just lean forward pretty deep and go from down to up and just execute a somewhat normal looking throw otherwise?
Huge congrats on the Engagement! Didn't expect to see this in your Grenade video, but what a great moment captured forever. Wish you both all the best and a happy future full of love and happiness. Question about the grip. Is the disc ripping out of the your hand on this, or are you letting go? Squeeze tight, firmer side, or looser side?
Dude I forgot what hole it was on, but I was following your card at champions cup and you threw this grenade that went so damn high. I don’t think the result was even that good of a shot but it just blew my mind.
Congratulations I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with grenades. I only ever really use them on shorter throws rathen than full power especially on hole 2 of my local course where if my drive hyzers out there are some trees to clear to get to the basket, a grenade would generally get me to within circle one there. Unfortunately I've developed the yips with them and sometimes end up sending them straight up (or on really bad days backwards) My best grenade throw was a throw-in over some bushy trees from around 100 feet out.
