That knee-down-frontleg-sidekick is interesting. I saw someone learning to throw a back kick and she accidentally invented a front leg back kick which looks a lot like Wonderboy's front leg side kick :) Where I train it is important to raise the knee high.

Easiest way to spot a Karate practitioner is if their knee points to the side or down from what ive seen.

Awesome video WB. This is my favorite kick. I practice it all the time. I'm a Kenpo Karate practicener. I love the 2 touch spinning back kick. It is easy to do and very effective. I'm a huge fan of yours. You are awesome. Another kick I love to do is the roundhouse, sidekick, and spinning wheel kick combo.

I recently started practicing this one. I'm trying to combine it with a front kick faint to see if I can make it harder to read. So far, I'm having trouble with the leg switch itself. Can't do it fast enough. I have an easier time when I jump first and do the switch while in the air (couple of inches higher. I'm no acrobat) but I can't give enough power to the second kick.

In my taekwondo school, for the "Two Touch Spinning Back Kick" we would start the first sidekick with our back leg, and then for the second kick we used the front leg so yeah ours is kinda weird.

I've practiced this never watching tutorials on it I jump and spin the other foot after touching with the first side kick people use to look at me when I use to throw it and I never had karate or Tai Kwon do experience I'm a student of the game
