I have watched man hair rig tutorials, this is actually the best one so far for simplicity. I like how you tied the rig with the boilie on. I think that helps a lot

Also when I go to feed the braid back in through the eye to tie it off the braid can't fit because there is already some put thought

Do you need to use braided line or can I use normal line?

Braid sits more naturally - mono is a bit stiff however I prefer to use mono or “normal line” for safety of the fish. The only difference is it’s a little stiffer. As long as it’s tied neat and the hair part of the rig sits nice and inline with the shank of the hook it’s fine 👍🏻

If u flip that snowman, you can bury the loop stop so they don’t spit it. Anyone have reason for pop up on top? Does it not stay stacked the other way maybe? Thx 🌵🧀🎣

Jon Dunit because the carp sees the bait on the hair and as they do , sucks it up along with the boom and then when it spits the dirt of the bait out and when that happens the hook goes with it

Some people just throw nightcrawlers and call it bass fishing. Nothing wrong with it. But, there are levels to this game. If you’re a carp fan, bc ya know they’re a good fight, or not, watch UK vids on carp and you’ll see how the pros do it. It’s fishin. One little tip or two can change your day or your year*. 🌎✌️🎣
