How to tie a Massive Snapper Trace 

Isnt that longline knot just the best? So simple to tie, so quick and so so reliable. Use the same knot to gang 2-4 hooks on one trace if needed.

What happens to this knot if the snapper bites onto the knot and pulls it down the shank. Can be simulated with a thumbnail.

get a small piece of rubber band, tie a overhand knot on the topside of your sinker, once you have the hooks in the bait, slide the sinker down as far as it'll go then slide the small piece of rubber band down behind it, it prevents the sinker running back up the trace and allows the whole lot to woft down all together...
