Bleach tie-dye is a GREAT way to upcycle black shirts that have been stained. The method is similar to tie-dye with color, except it is WAY faster!! You only need to let the bleach sit for about 10 minutes then you rinse and wash it. After you you bleach tie-dye you can add more colors over the top (I add blue over mine to mute the orange). This method is simple and quick! Be careful whenever you use bleach, good luck:)
Supplies
Bleach (1/4-1/2 cup)
Water (1/4-1/2 cup)
Squirt bottle
Black Shirt
4 rubber bands
gloves (optional)
Steps
1. get shirt wet
2. swirl shirt
3. secure with rubber bands
4. add bleach
5. let it sit till it bleaches a color that is darker than the one you want (the final color will be lighter after you wash it)
6. rinse and wash
7. wear your new threads
