Supplies:
Uncut Hide Bag
Ruler
Sharpie
1 to 1-1/4 leather punch (described in the video what size you'll need)
Flat wooden block (approx 1-3/4 inches square x 3/8 inch thick)
I use an old wooden spoon, but it doesn't quite go as planned!

My go to to cut against is a large paint stir stick. It’s long enough to not have to worry about losing it in the bag or anything as well as position it where I need, wide enough to not worry about the punch slipping off, and thick enough to not worry about the punch going through. Plus the one I have has a ruler on it, so I can use it to measure out where the holes go, too

After watching the series a few times, and using them as a step by step while I was working, I successfully tied in my first sheepskin (airtight on the first shot!). Couldn't have done it without this, so thank you much!

I’ve been chatting with Ronnie Hein in Malaysia he makes some really nice looking bags as well.. I want to try one of his… he also turns a nice set of pipes.

After watching this video and looking as closely as I can at the bag I realized that it wouldn't be that hard to make one. The pipes look rather straightforward too.
