Can you use regular hair dye?

my problem is that I want to fill in the tail of my brows but I don’t have hair there to pick up the dye. Will it stay on my skin or will the dye wash off at the tail cus there’s no hair ?

U know the hair dye only works for so long generally 1.5hre, check with the manufacturer tho. All hair dyes do this incase something like falling asleep etc happens. I suggest you find a different brand.
