Looks nice bro I'm about to do mine , after I get off this toilet 🤦🏽‍♂️😂, just watching videos looking for any tips and to see how people do it , but it looks super clean with the silver trucks

I have quite a few runs after clear coat, tried to go back and correct a spot and put it on too heavy. Will I be able to fix these after wet sanding, compound, and polish?

Depending on how thick the runs are. If you wet sand, be sure to only focus heavily on the runs until you get them smooth then wet sand the entire thing and buff. Hope that helps. Worst case , wet sand all the clear off, add another coat and see how it does.

Go ahead with 3. After a few weeks itll look like its supposed to be there. It's a shock at first
