Remember its not just about toning the muscles but also looking at your diet and taking steps to reduce the amount of energy coming in (food) and increase the amount of energy going out of it ( exercise, movement, brain use).The three exercises are ;
1. standing wall pushups
2. tricep dips
3. tricep extensions
