HOW TO TRACK YOUR OVULATION WHEN TTC! 

Been trying for 4 months but failed. I have very irregular cycles so I tried this to pin exactly when I would be ovulating (later found out my period calendar marked my ovulation wrong and off by a week!). Long story short I got my first 2 lines today. Only my first try using this method! Thank you so much! Wish everyone out there trying for a baby to find your channel!

Really useful book, just what I was looking for! Just a couple of suggestions: Since the "period" column is going to waste after the first 7 days, I suggest monitoring your basal metabolic temperature and recording this here (your temp will rise on your ovulation day). Another column that would have been useful to have is for monitoring cervical mucus. This will help narrow down and triangulate your ovulation day more accurately xx

I just want to say that I’ve always had a hard time understanding this process. But because you designed this chart and beautifully detailed everything and broke it down so more simple than my doctors or even the instructions in the ovulation kit ever have. I finally understood and I am keeping track better. We’ve had two losses, no successes of a full pregnancy but due to my pcos it was so hard to pin point my ovulation time. I came here after your original video. I purchased the tests and a notebook and am trying this method currently...just finished my period today and we have been ttc for 7 years. I would purchase your journal but I find the price is a bit much as we have already spent a fair amount on ttc so I will be using a normal note book. I'm about six weeks postpartum from a c-section, and am using a modified fertility awareness method to not get pregnant until baby girl is 16 months old, to let me have enough time to heal. Especially since I got pregnant with her when I was only 8 months postpartum from our first.

Thank you for offering this. It looks pretty good. I may or may not get it in the future. Since i am in my 40s now my cycles have changed up and im starting to track what they are like these days.

I know I ovulate around CD20-21. Here I thought I was having implantation bleeding at 11DPO but it was my period early so now my cycle is all screwed up & I have to really pay attention this month.

At the beginning of this year I had a miscarriage at ten weeks along. Was so devastated. My boyfriend and I have been trying over the last couple of months but to no success. I totally stumbled across this video today and I am definitely going to try it. Kinda sucks trying to track my ovulation cycle as my cycle is only 21 days long. Give or take a couple of days either early or late on my period. (was three days early this month). So I ordered the book, as well as some ovulation tests, and going to see what happens. Hopefully I'll be able to update as to whether I get a positive or negative experience. TY for the informative video.

I got this diary...It's so helpful and easy to use. I am curious though..I am swaying for a girl and I am aware to DTD 2-5days before ovulating...From your chart, I can see you DTD around and at Ovulation yet you had a girl...Can you shed more light on that? Thanks for the great work

I would recommend that you have a link where people can pay (maybe pay fast) and download this book as a pdf. Would you count a a day of just spotting as the first day of your period? Sometimes I will spot for one day and then my period becomes heavy the next day. I’m not sure if it’s the same for anyone else.

Hi, Just wanted to know is it necessary to track BBT along with tracking the ovulation using these test strips or will it be ok if I do just the ovulation test.

I will try this method I didn't know it was important to take 2 tests a day I have been taking one we have been ttc since a year but had an ectopic so this is me trying after the ectopic and it's cycle number 3 so I hope this time it works !!

This dairy would be no good for me because I bleed 10 plus days :/ and my cycles can be anywhere from 28-40 days

The only problem is my daughter sometimes has a 51 day cycle. You should leave the CD box blank.

This was helpful to understand but I find the strips fade and the colour of the lines spread/fade out after a day or so, so I’ve not stuck them in a book I’ve taken a photo as they wouldn’t look like when I did them. Is there a way to stop that happening? Happened with the covid tests I did too. I’m TTC but I haven’t had a period since coming off the contraceptive pill a couple of months ago. Any advice welcomed. I’ve been watching your older TTC frequently, but I notice you’re the only person that says you’ll ovulate 12-24 hours after peak, versus every other resources says 24-36 hours. Why is this? Obviously you’re successful but I’m curious.

Hello so I am new at this I have read many articles about testing ovulation but am actually checking so I avoid getting pregnant. It's called the Marquette method and I am trying to see if this method works for my spouse and I. I recently had our son and I hear that checking for cervical mucus and tracking avoids pregnancy well I need reassurance to make sure I avoid conceiving again at least so soon. I guess my question is would this catch my ovulation even when I don't have a period since my son is a month old and I'm breastfeeding?

Hi Victoria! I just bought your Ovulation log on Amazon 💖 and am on Cycle 2, we are hoping to start TTC within the next month or so. On one of my ovulation test strips the left side of the test line is solid/very dark (matching the control line, and the right side of that same line is slightly lighter. How would you read that if it were your test? The lines have been getting darker in the past few days but wasn’t sure if I should consider this a “high” reading. Wish I could post a pic, Thanks!

I do enjoy your videos and you give great information. I thought it was great you made a tracking journal, I have been looking for a good one for a little while. I think the look of it is simple and beautiful but it is to expensive and for $25 and you only put 38 days. I understand a lot of women fall in that category but for me I don’t and there is no space to add more days. For something to be that expensive and not being able to help everyone on their journey to motherhood is kinda sad. I do think it’s a great product I do think you are a great person for even considering helping others I just wanted you to know in case you are considering updating the note book, expanding or making more books like this. Maybe add more than 38 days and maybe cheaper because at least in my opinion $25 is way too much for a notebook no matter what it’s for. I could be a billionaire and I still wouldn’t spend that much for a note book. Good luck on your journey to motherhood and I hope one day you have a house full of beautiful babies😁.

I'd love to try this but my period isn't regular yet. I came off depo injection in October last year and 34 days ago was my first period ( I think) wasn't very heavy(never was before) and lasted about 2 days. I should have my period again but it hasn't come. Not sure if anythings going on because I know it won't be regular just yet or maybe I am pregnant!!!! I do want to get pregnant soon 😍😍😍

My period usually only lasts 3-5 days do I start checking my ovulation testing right after my period ends or wait till day 9? I’m a first timer I bought this exact book and test kit

Is it best to only take 1 ovulation test in the beginning after period? I just bought ovulation tests I have a 30 day cycle and I start taking ovulation tests twice a day the day my period ended I’m on cycle day 12 now. Will you also ovulate the same time every month if your cycles are regular?

The only downside to taking hcg tests to see the line progression is when you have a chemical or miscarriage. The first time I ever used a journal and tracked I kept taking the hcg test to see that satisfying progression and it ended up fading away. :(
