How to transfer a quadriplegic using a sliding board 

This video shows how I transfer my boyfriend from bed to wheelchair using only a sliding board.
He is a C5 quadriplegic with no triceps and only a little bit of wrist movement in his right wrist and none on the left, so he is not able to assist me in getting to a sitting position or to hold his upper body upright.
We searched all over social media for ways to he able to do this and I couldn't find any help or how-to's. That is why I made this video for others to see.
This way we are able to travel so light, not having to take the big, heavy mobile hoist everywhere with us.
