Nice video... but NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, backup your data to anything but a USB flash drive or USB SSD drive. Stay off Google Drive or any cloud service. They CAN BE hacked.
How you found a solution for that? The program I used on my old pc has turned into a subscription basis when i tried to install it on my new pc with its permanent activation key that i had purchased.
1:44 Oh ok... I thought it was a "how to" (With your own means)... Not "How to, using pricy software like Zinstall or Pctrans"... Zinstall looks like a great software too.. But it's also way above budget for such a puny need as moving "all my favorite software" from a PC to the next. Reinstalling stuff, all the time, gets really boring. Zinstall even offers to rescue software installed on dead windows installations (as long as the drive isn't dead itself). I'm looking forward for a solution to do the same, but using free tools or existing windows tools, or even powerscripts that could help me wrap up and migrate my favorite tools in their working and personalized state. Tho, thank's for the video anyways
Im not entirely sure what to do here because none of these really describe my situation. I had my windows 11 os corrupt on me so i backed up all my apps and files to another PC then reinstalled windows and transferred them back however none of them show up when i search or look in the apps settings.
With the back and restore i noticed Outlook and been restored, was this just the application or did the data come across as well ? And is the same for Office does the backup include data or is it purely moving the apps ?
Hello Easy Tech, there is laptop am trying to fix, it's a touchscreen laptop, the touchscreen is having a ghostly movement/ that's misbehaving. I disabled the touchscreen ans other similarl drivers on device manager . I even reinstall and installed the drivers but the problem continues.. What do you advice? . Your response will be appreciated
@@EasyTechs the laptop has a touch screen, and the touchscreen is having issues. Even if one don't touch the screen it moves, it's called ghostly movement. I disabled the touch screen from the device manager but the problem continue
@@EasyTechs a touch screen ghostly movement, is when the screen moves on it's own with out been touched. Just like when a phone screen is bad and the phone buttons move on thier own. But in this case it's a laptop that has a touch screen.
Will the programs I have now stay on my laptop as a copy? or does transferring it to usb drive take the program completely off original laptop. Laptop I have now is Windows 10 and just bought Windows 11. The 10 still works so I want to be able to keep everything of it too
If you choose an installed application from c:\programfiles86 will EaseUS automatically copy/restore the configs located in the /appdata folder as well?
I just finished the whole process. As a photographer, I had the same concerns about settings, etc. It worked like a charm. Thank you so much. You are the bestest!
are you aloud to subscribe then when your done unsubscribe because this isn't something i would need to do yearly? (i'm thinking of getting a new laptop next year as my current one can't upgrade to windows 11).
My friend my laptop.... Well something unique is happening to it See first when I shut down my laptop it doesn't fully close I mean my lights are always on and when I use the power button to restart it redos's all the changes in the storage for example I deleted an application before the shut down and now when I restart it's back there again no matter how many times and if I try to reset my laptop it says no boot device found
can't you just copy a certain file from one ssd to another!!? i use the mini partition tool thats really FREE and works,, it has the options of os migration, disk clone, copy partitions and so on!!
I just saw a video you uploaded 5 years ago on windows 10 lock screen being black and i solved it after i thought it was done!!!thank you very much sir!!!
