I love the way you describe everything in detail - even though we might already know a lot of what you are instructing, you don't ''assume'' we do so even beginners don't have to feel overwhelmed and not understanding the easy stuff

Thanks! I've been stuck at a brick wall most of the afternoon because the pictures of my grandchildren wouldn't copy from the laptop to phone. If it wasn't for you I would have never thought to check the USB for 'file transfer'.

I just subscribed today great vid loved the enthusiasm and un-intimidating steps, far to often you see people using terms which you need a PhD in computing to understand. Sometimes it's like they're showing off their knowledge really nice to see someone actually help people understand what to do instead of confusing them well done.

Thank you for the helpful video. You didn't mention this, but I had to pull down my settings bar on my phone and select what I wanted to do with the connection through the USB (file transfer).

When I got my new "a52 galaxy Samsung" phone, the store said they had transferred all my photos and contacts....NOT!! Then they put them in the wrong place, on the phone!! Your video was instrumental in recovering my photos from my desktop computer, back into my phone, correctly. THANK YOU!!!

Thanks for this tutorial. When I click on my phone type on the pc, it shows me that my phone is empty. Unlike you have a card and a phone storage showing for you on the video. What can I do now? It's not letting me copy and paste into the phone folder. My phone is an android moto6
