How to transfer university if the first university gave admission for fall 2023, F1 visa is done. Fee paid.. Later the university sent a mail that admissions are completed and I can come to spring ..now I have another i20.. What is the procedure

Dear Yudi J, What if I've taken the transfer from one university to another after landing in USA and how the visa will work if I want to go at home country and come back in meantime Since the Visa now is for the old university and you're studying in a new university Will this create any problem in future in case i want to work on opt Note- I've already landed in USA and about to take decision on it.
