Exciting trip! So far we just travelled in the Göta Kanal with our former boat, a Becker 27, which was exciting, too, as we never had done it before. It took 2 days and we were traveling together with three other sailing vessels, all much bigger than ours. At one of the last locks the huge boat next to us got caught by sidewinds and almost crushed our little vessel... but we made it out alive and without any damage on the boat 😅 . That's so cool that you now enter the Pacific Ocean - wow!!!! Good luck!!

@@SVTranquillity glad to here you have arrived 👍we are doing well we transit in one day so that was nice we took my mother and Ena’s mother on the canal transit then to a couple anchorages before they flew home. Now we are leaving Panama today and arriving in Golfito Costa Rica this afternoon. I’m sure you will enjoy your time in FP😀all our best to your whole family. Gary and Ena S/V Divergent
We were curious about the new 2023 agent fees, lines etc. We crossed the canal in october 2022 and lines, fenders, agent fees and handliners were less expenssive. Wouah, we thought only toll fees changed, but looks like everyone is hungry for $$$. Which agent did you have?
Haha we will say tomorrow morning for 3 am if it is before 12am, if it is after 12 am then we will say, on accident, tomorrow morning then correct ourselves and say, i mean later today...😂
