How to Translate Word Document into another language 

i'm hooked on this tuturials.. i did'nt realize theres so many things you can do within windows 10 without needing these unecesssary & buggy third party softwares.. thnks alot!

Fine. Very straightfoward and easy to do. The thing is, this technique works for short notes such as yours, but I want to translate a longer one, of several pages. Google Translate has a 3900 character limit. This makes the whole process that you describe much more complicated.

Hi Kevin! I love your detailed educational videos. I personally love videos that don't have annoying distracting music in the background and/or speaker talking really loud and fast. I have two really special books that I needed translated from Hindi into English. Can I scan this text into Word and have them translate into English? I have a Hindi friend that can help me to polish the rest up, but to have these books professionally translated would cost me a fortune, which I don't have, lol. Please, please continue making these fantastic videos!

Hi Kevin, Do you know a way to translate only contact name in Outlook Inbox? I am working for Japanese company, and all emails are written in English, but all of the contacts are written in Japanese (probably in AD they are set on this way), so I have a issue of searching and understanding who sent what email...is there some add-in that can automatically translate sender name to English or some built in translation functionality that I can use?

Hi Kevin, Thanks for the very informative video, but I'm afraid to say for me it did not want to play ball, It let me get to the stage of clicking on review, then into translate, i selected translate a selection, selected to translate from Thai to English and then it will not let me highlight any txt and nothing else on that page works. I have to use a snipping tool to put my document in to word, so i assume this is why i can not any further as you can not highlight any txt. Any advice would be greatly received as i Have now been trying for a couple of hours with no successful outcomes using various different ways of translating a document. Many Thanks Andy B

Hello mate, I use the microsoft word mobile application to prepare a list of English words and repeat it regularly. In the application, in the review tab, it says read aloud, but there is no language option. There is English to eliminate spelling errors, but I cannot find the English option for reading aloud. Is there a more beautiful and useful application than many known applications such as microsoft word, excel, notion so that I can prepare this list? There are 7 columns in my list. Word, phrase, explanation, example sentence, synonym, collocation, and Turkish. I have purchased Word up premium lifetime but it is essential to create my own list for regular repetition.

I wanted to change a document from Portuguese (Brazil) to English, I did all the translation changes as you described but all it's doing is giving me a copy of the original Portuguese document, any idea why this is happening? Hi Kevin. Please help me. I translated an MS Word document into Spanish now I want to convert that translated document into a pdf file to protect formatting for the receiver. I've tried to do it by doing a 'Save as' and picking pdf but nothing happens. Does conversion to pdf not support Spanish text?

Which version of Microsoft word are you using ? My laptop is not working,my version 10

What good is it if the translation is not "perfect" as you said. I would not want to send a translation in fear of it saying something I did not mean or wrong.

The other easy way is to try to change your "language" at Google settings some how when you print something it must or shall give you an option to translate or not.

I moved my S10 while the transcription in English software was on and it accidentally switched on transcription into Bengali. I tried converting the technical doc back to proper English and instead got serial innuendo translationon regarding MILFs. Needless to say the translation from Bengali back to English did not take.

my translator looks nothing like yours, i just bought this outlook program and it appears it is 2016 version. but didn't work for me. i'm not the most savvy with word, guess i'll try apple pages

I think that the only languages that can't be translated are dialect languages like ones from Italy for example, "Sicilian or Calabrese." Or it could be other languages in other countries- where do you find them to me is a mystery. I know the real Latin language probably can't be translated but it's still spoken by some. But there are many people that speak the dialect languages I mentioned in my message and wonder if they go down the same road as the real Latin languages or if they can be found anywhere in settings.
