@@beckyayegba1284 Hi, I can provide tips about how to travel Seychelles, but when it comes to relocation, I don’t have experience with that and it also differs for each country. Try to Google and use official government website ☺️

Hi Kristi, I'm so happy I stumbled across your channel! Your videos are really beautiful and full of useful tips that I can't wait to incorporate in my own itinerary! May I ask what camera you use for photos and filming (specially under water)? Looking forward to your Japan trip! (I'm currently living in Osaka!)
Hi, thank you so much and welcome to the channel! ❤️ I film everything on an iPhone 14 Pro Max and for underwater shots, I use GoPro (the latest one). Then I use dron DJI Mini 3 and Avata for the FPV shots, that’s it ☺️Greetings and hugs to Osaka 🙋🏼♀️🙏🏼
Hey Kristi, I've heard that the Czechs tend to be more reserved, introverted, and cold. Is this true? You seem like a positive, warm, and kind person though. 😊😊
Hi, thank you very much! 🙏🏼❤️☺️ I guess it depends on which Czech person you run into 😂. But for sure, we are a bit more reserved compared to, for example, US people. However, I would say once you break these walls, you can have true and lifelong lasting friendships with Czech people. We don’t let people in easily, but once we do, the relationships we make are incredibly strong ☺️
Hello!! wonderful video!! very good! :) Can I ask if you would change anything if you were to do the trip again? Would you add days on some islands and take away from others? Thank you very much! :)
@@AlessandroRodo Hi! I would do it the same way, honestly. If I thought there was a better way to travel in Seychelles, I would mention it in the video, I promise 🙏🏼☺️. Mahe is more adventurous, so if you want more beaches, I would recommend adding a day on Praslin or La Digue ☺️
Hey Kristi! Thank you for your beautiful and full of perfect advices video! Could you please share your advice on when to choose the best time to go to the Seychelles? Do you think November is a good time to go there and have nice weather? Wish you all the best! 🌴☀️🌺
Hi, thank you so much ☺️ the best time to visit Seychelles is between October till April. We were there in January. It is supposed to rain in January and February but we had absolutely perfect weather so I guess it’s about luck as well ☺️. Even though it can get a bit rainy in January and February it is actually the time when most of the Europe travels to Seychelles to avoid winter weather. ☺️ It rained twice and usually for no more than two hours.
Good video, which gave me plenty of ideas for my second visit. But Mauritius and Sri Lanka look like better VFM. Liked your music choices. Compliments to the drone-pilot.
Thank you very much, glad to hear that! 🙏🏼❤️ sorry for me asking, what does it mean VFM? 😇 Thanks, I will pass your compliments about drone piloting to my husband, he was practicing with the FPV drone on a simulator for ages 😅 thank you ❤️
@KristiTravelEscape Value for money, Kristi. Another thing I'd want from a Seychelles holiday is to be able to fly non-stop from London, so I'm not overcomplexificationing my plans, which kind of narrows my choices.
@@well-blazeredman6187 yes, I see ☺️ I am not sure about Mauritius, but Sri Lanka is for sure way less expensive. But I would say that each country has a different vibe, so in ideal world, the best is to travel to all 3 destinations 😅
@@shoryagupta7786 Hi, this whole video was shot in the last week of January. We only experienced rain once in Mahé, where apparently rains a lot. But it was only the northern part where we spent half of the day ☺️
Hi - just found this considering visiting in 2025. Now pretty well set on it - very interested to know - did you travel light in order to move to the other islands, and where did you stay on Praslin etc - just get an airbnb or hotel ? how did you work out the ferry timings etc. Loved the itinerary, want to do the exact same :-)
@@therealsharps Hi, amazing! You will have a great time in Seychelles! ☺️❤️ We booked all our stays on Booking.com (we always search for accommodations with a rating of 8+ as they are usually nice and clean, then filter by price from the lowest, as that’s also a factor for us. We typically choose from the first 10-20 results). ☺️ The ferry schedule can be found online or at the location. We didn't pack light for this trip-I had a big suitcase since the only moving around we did was by ferry. We didn’t have to jump on a scooter or walk long distances, so there's no need to pack light here. ☺️ Hope this helps! ❤️
any suggestions where to take the sim in seychelles? at the airport? Also how did you guys do the transfer from airport to the area where you take the ferry ride to island
Hi, yes, there were signs in most cases and the rest we navigated throught an app called mapy.cz (the best gps for small trails all around the world)☺️. You can download it for free.
Loved the video Kristi! This helps a lot! I am planning to go this year as well. I have some questions and I would love to talk to you maybe you could help me answer some of them. Thank you :)
Hi Kristi how much time did you spend on Anse lazzio and is it safe to drive at night especially if one is with kids? Also, did you have food options available on Anse lazzio?
Hi, we were there for around 2 hours I think ☺️ It is safe to drive, just know that they drive on the left side of the road. There was no food options on that beach, just one beach bar with mostly drinks ☺️
Hi, they accept euros and cards almost everywhere ☺️. We did not exchange money as we use Revolut card. If you don’t have that i highly recommend checking this out as it can save you lots of money on the exchange rates. Then you just withdraw money at the ATM and you are good to go ☺️
They have exchanges in Mahe airport and in Victoria….there was a time where they wouldn’t accept USD unless it was printed after year 2000. Not sure if that is still in effect….that was 10 years ago. Lived there for almost a year for work. Great place. Have fun!
Hi, on Praslin, we stayed at Cote Jardin Chalets Cote Mer, on La Digue we stayed at Pension Michel and in Mahe, we stayed at Valmer Resort ☺️ enjoy your trip! 🙋🏼♀️🥰
love this, I am planning my 14-day trip to Seychelles now and I think I will just follow your route:) QQ: would you mind sharing what hotels/airbnb did you stay in? Thank you!
Hi, perfect, glad the video was useful ☺️. Of course, no problem - on Praslin, we stayed at Cote Jardin Chalets Cote Mer, on La Digue we stayed at Pension Michel and in Mahe, we stayed at Valmer Resort ☺️ enjoy your trip! 🙋🏼♀️🥰
Hi Kristi. Congratulations! This was an awesome video. May I ask how did you manage to get Internet access in the islands? Can you recommend a telco operator?
Very needed vlog 🥰 I have a logistic question 🙋♀️ what time did you plane landed in Mahe and how much time you needed to get to the port to catch the morning ferry ? We have a flight landing at 8:30 and ferry goes 10:30 , wondering if we can make it 🙈😅
Thank you very much! ❤️ 2 hour is enough, but I would not recommend less. I believe it is even written in their Q&As that they do not recommend less than 2 hours, but 2 hours should is ok ☺️we still had plenty of time waiting for the ferry ☺️ enjoy Seychelles guys! 🏝️
Hi, on Praslin, we stayed at Cote Jardin Chalets Cote Mer, on La Digue we stayed at Pension Michel and in Mahe, we stayed at Valmer Resort ☺️ enjoy your visit! 🙋🏼♀️
I've been to all 3 islands and we most enjoyed La Digue - especially the 3 beaches which are one of the most beautiful beaches in the world IMHO. Second best island was Praslin, where we loved Anse Georgette beach a lot + Constance Lemuria hotel was full of beautiful crabs and the weakest of the 3 islands was Mahe. It was fine, the best beach was under the Banyan Tree resort + we liked Victoria, which is unique town, but the first two islands I mentioned we liked the most :)
@@EasternUNO Thank you for sharing your experience; it might help others ❤️. I absolutely agree, for the best beaches, go to La Digue. For the best hikes, Mahé is perfect, but the beaches are better on La Digue and Praslin ☺️.
@@RossIsBored We did have some mosquitoes in our jungle accommodation on La Digue, but it wasn’t anything terrible. It would be a mistake to skip the Seychelles 🙏🏼
@@payalhirwani5172 Hi, thanks! ☺️ We booked ahead a shuttle from the airport to the port. It was offered to us from the company once we bought our tickets to the ferry from them ☺️
What a great video! Thank you. Which month of the year did you travel to the Seychelles? I'm concerned about the seasonal seaweeds that affect the beaches, but I didn't see much of them in your videos.
@@KristiTravelEscape really empty. And die you really Bad luck with the weather because of rainy Season. We are planing for Late August / September. 😊 Great Video.
@@kevinarciszewski6739 the weather was perfect! It rained just once in Mahe in Victoria, the capital, otherwise, it was sunny all the time ☺️ Enjoy you trip guys! ❤️
@@imatrOlda Kriminalita na Seychelach je nizka a obecne je to bezpecna zeme pro cestovani. Nejaka rozumna opatrnost (jako vsude jinde) je na miste, ale nikdy jsem se tam necitila nekomfortne ☺️
Yes, I mention this at the beginning of the video, that there are 115 islands. But my vlogs are for people who have limited number of vacation days and want to see the biggest highlights of yeach country in limited time ☺️. Of course you could spend months in each country. And also important to say that most of these island are inhabitat ☺️
When traveling, the issue is usually either money or time. When it comes to money, I recommend traveling to affordable countries like the Philippines, Thailand, or Vietnam where your money goes much further. For example, lunch in Thailand costs us only 1-2 USD at most. When it comes to time, I take all my vacations during bank holidays and weekends so I can have many more free days for traveling. Hope this helps! ❤️
