Recanalization of the dissection area was done using coronary guidewire, followed by 5F Guide Catheter insertion. Finish the procedure with a normal step. Make a final angiogram of the radial artery for evaluation.
@@amanarora886 Yes it is. However, to do that you have to re-cross the dissection area of the radial artery with a wire. For this, it is advisable to use the pci guide wire (0.014”) and not the J tipped guidewire (0.035”).
